Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

1 star only. This is for the chain overall but the photos are from this location. The one at Wells Rd. also mangled the same pizza when I ordered last week (which is also why I switched locations) but I didn't take photos. Just tired of ordering pizza online, paying full price, and still getting low-quality food. This time the pizza was missing pickles. WHY did the chain make the pizza if they were out (presumably) of an ingredient? Why didn't they call me to inform me and allow me the opportunity to choose a different pizza? When I picked up, neither employee said a word about missing toppings, so I grabbed my pizza and went on my way. How disappointing to open the box and not see any pickles. Mellow Mushroom did the same thing and I quit giving them my business - check my review if you think I'm joking. It's just frustrating that no one seems to know how to pick up the phone or provide any form of quality customer service. Shame on Papa Johns. I'm done giving them my business. If the pizzas aren't missing toppings, then the crust is like half puffy half flat as a rock. Three weeks ago we ordered a Works pizza and a Veggie pizza from this location, there was pepperoni on the Veggie pizza but NO mushrooms. Smh. I tried PJ's, I keep giving ya my money but damn, all I get is crap pizza in return. Not anymore. I don't recommend them at all, any of their locations.

If I could it would be negative number. We the other day I ordered online around 11 pm the estimated delivery was 1:45 am so I called the store to see if that was correct and yes it was no problem. I then proceeded to ask to cancel my order and get my card refunded here’s where it goes down hill so I ask do I get an email confirmation? I was told now so then I asked how will I know if you actually did it the lady then says I don’t have time for this so I asked to speak to the manager the lady then says I am the manager and hung up in my face. So I called back she answered and I asked her why did she hang up in my face she then says your worried about 20 something dollars if you want confirmation drive up here and I’ll give you your receipt and hung up again. So I blasted them in the online survey but it sent it to the wrong store it sent it to the one in Middleburg. That manager called me within 15 mins of that survey being submitted. We talked explained what happened his exact words were that person would be terminated. He provided me with the name of number of the correct general major for that store Mrs Angela. Called spoke with her about the situation her response was I confirmed you refund and I will talk to the person when they come in today is there anything else you need. Total shock fighting for this country for both of them to have the jobs they have. I will definitely not be ordering from this one and will...

I WISH I WAS ABLE TO NOT GIVE A STAR AT ALL! Placed my order with Grubhub at 9:06pm, delivery status said between 10:10 and 10:20. I called the store as advised on the website and a lady picked up the phone and all i could get out was “i was calling” and she interrupted me and said my order just went out for delivery, i said ok and she hung up. The other 3 individuals at the table were dumb founded at how rude she was. I placed this at 10:36. I reached out to grubhub advised them of the info at 11:15 The rep said he spoke to the store and the lady said she never received the order. I called the store back and spoke with the same lady who refused to give her name on either call she said she was the manager. I advised that i called almost an hour ago and she became anger and rude and cutting me off yet again. When i asked her for her name she hung up the phone. I will be reporting this to the corporate office. Worst Customer service from a manager, please teach her manners not to interrupt someone when they are trying to speak or at least give her proper training. I have only ever ordered from papa johns twice and i will never do it again because the last time our pizza showed up...
