Arby's — Restaurant in Fruitport Charter Township

Horrible I order some Mazzarella sticks and notices there was no sauce in bag so I turned back around and pulled up to window while there was another car...when the window opened I said excuse me and the lady looked at me and shut the window..so then I got out car and said excuse me...she looked at me and said you need to get in line I am helping a customer and shut drive through window...so I said excuse me to the car in drive through and walked up to window and knocked on it she said I am helping a customer I said and I said excuse me to him she closed window and said u need to leave she called manager to windows I said I just ordered some sticks and there was no sauce in bag she handed me some i said thanks she was like u need to leave said the employee i said did i do something to offend you because it looks like u are mad at me for something u forgot to put in bag she just rolled her eyes I walked off....never had I seen this lady I was from out...

This is the worst fast food restaurant in Muskegon for Uber Eats drivers. They won't bring the food out to you you have to go through drive and the workers are all lazy. I've been in drive through line for 27 minutes now and only have 4 cars in front of me. They are very rude on phone. I called told them I have a uber eats order I accepted 5 minutes before I got here and politely asked if I could come up to the door and get the order or have someone bring it out to me. The response was "umm no you can wait like everyone else, there's only a couple people ahead of you". Right so why am I still here after 40 minutes? There's 5 cars, 40 minutes and no one has gotten any food? "Umm sir you don't need to have an attitude to me" no you don't need to have an attitude towards me, I'm the customer, I'm right, ask your manager. Have a great day. I finally got out of there at 47 minutes. 5 cars 45 minutes and they are rude as can be...

Today 2/1/19 I called corporate I was so displeased with the service and the manager. I order 6 fish asked for ketchup thinking napkins comes automatically. Staff placed all 6 in one bag really. I took it turned to place it and it riped opened. I asked why were all 6 heavy sandwiches place like that. We caught 5 but the 6 one open an the fish fell on hubby pants leg...he picked it up and informed me it fell. The manager runs to the window and says no it didn't. I tried to pass it back to him he stated that's your sandwich. Shock at his tone and expression. I politely said no it's not returned all 6. Immediately calling corporate this is a corporate owned Arby's. I was told thanks for reporting...
