Taco Bell — Restaurant in Muskegon

My boyfriend gets out of work at 12am, he stopped by about 12:20am and ordered our food. Im not one to complain but I’m pregnant and craving the Baja blast dream freeze, I was on the phone with him and heard him order the FREEZE, they gave him a Baja blast soda. So I called to let them know and the girl on the phone had a NASTY attitude and said “well you can come back and get it” I said I don’t have time tonight and I said she could take my name down, she said “we don’t do that anymore you can let them know tomorrow you need a replacement, not sure how we gave him the wrong drink but ok” maybe because you gave him the wrong drink? I ended up just laughing it off and saying okay thanks not only because I was taken aback by her disgusting attitude but also because this not the first time night shift has been rude, giving 2 stars because the day shift is always SO nice it’s a shame night staff ruins it. Walked in with no one in line in front of me. Stood there for 5 mins waiting for someone to take my order. Decided to just place my own order on their little order taker screen assuming thats what i had to do because they all seen me standing there and not one of them came to help me. After placing order that i was paying for with cash, i stood there for another 5 mins. Finally a guy comes over and asks if i need to place an order. I said no, i already did, i just have to pay and had my money out and ready. He says, well if u didnt pay how do u expect us to have your order. I said Well I guess u should wait on me then huh? Been standing here for 10 mins. He laughed and shook his head. Takes my money then throws my reciept and my change on the counter instead of handing it to me. I left the change for him to pick up. So the only reason I'm giving them a four star is because my double stack taco was not cold but not hot could tell that it wasn't fresh but mind you this is at 1:00 in the morning and they may be closing soon I do believe so they will probably want to get rid of the food that he had made up this being a popular item I can see why it wasn't made fresh but still nuking it a little bit longer probably would have been better but I get it I've worked in all types of different industries anyways I'm getting long-winded here The overall service experience was amazing very very pleasant to order from didn't make me feel like a burden even though I had a bit of a difficult time almost ordered the wrong item and then realized it wasn't what I had intended and switched and had a couple of special requests which they met they did so wow remaining pleasant and kind which to me goes a long way I will definitely be back to...
