Afters Ice Cream — Restaurant in Fullerton

Their ice cream is AMAZING! I got Milk and Cereal which comes with their Afters Flakes. The ice cream tasted like the milk at the end of your bowl of cereal and the Afters Flakes were like Frosted Flakes, but a more saltier version which balanced out the sweetness of the ice cream perfectly! They will also let you sample as many flavors as you would like! My three star rating is due to their customer service however. The staff is totally sweet and super friendly, but they skipped over me after my bf had ordered. One girl was helping us and she got my bf's milky bun, but when she came back to help me as I expected she got distracted by her friends in line and started helping them. I came with my family, the server didn't ask my sister what toppings she wanted. Then when my sister ask for a topping she replied "It's already made but I can make you a new one if you want" she still offered but she had a stank face when she asked. Then my milky bun was cold. The guys had a better attitude and customers service vibes then your female workers. If your going to offer to redo something don't offer to do with such an attitude. I'm sure people would be more comfortable to ask for a remake if you weren't so rude about it. Like your serving ice cream if you ladies are unhappy then there's plenty jobs out there. Of the ice cream flavors we tried, the one I ended up getting was just okay. Many of their flavors have a scary amount of food coloring (not sure why the Jasmine tea was lavender colored...). Everything else was just too sweet, and that churro flavor tasted like the harshness of cinnamon-flavored gum but none of the buttery vanilla goodness that comes with deep fried Mexican pastry. I was disappointed since I had been waiting to try this place out for awhile. I also wish I hadn't gotten the milky bun which was more of a donut.
