Miss Donut & Bakery — Restaurant in Fullerton

We went there today at approximately 4:00 to get some bagels. The employee was rude and totally oblivious and/or neglectful to our repeated requests for what WE wanted in regards to our bagels and types of cream cheese. She took it upon herself to choose for us, after we continually and politely stated what we actually wanted. It got very frustrating, because she was essentially ignoring us with her back turned, after repeatedly inquiring about out inaccurate order. Not to mention she used her BARE hand to lean against the dirty floor and cross contaminate the already used glove she was wearing (trying endlessly to find her “right” cream cheese in the refrigerator). At this point we had enough and simply walked out of the premises, due to her unsanitary handling of food, given Covid, as well as her rude and condescending attitude. We will never come back to your establishment again, and plan on contacting the Board of Health for putting people’s health in jeopardy. Worst customer service I've experience in YEARS. The lady was rude and dismissive. When we paid she didnt even tell us the transaction was done. She just walked off to the back. Felt like it was a bother to have us even buying from there, horrible way to run a business.

For the quality of the donuts and bagels, the attitude is NOT granted, the glazed donuts had too sweet of a coating, probably from excess sugar as it wasnt smooth and was clumped at the edges. This is the third time this lady wants to give me whatever she wants . I asked for a breakfast bagel, she said there's no breakfast bagel. Meanwhile, she's handing a gentleman a breakfast bagel. I asked, "Did you run out of breakfast bagels? She replied i have too many people in line waiting.. Do you want ham n cheese croissant?
