Don’t sleep on L&L Fullerton. It may be a college students weekly meal grub hub, but they serve up some great quality food and have terrific customer service. Had my daughter’s graduation on Wednesday night and the team here in Fullerton is phenomenal!!! From the ease of ordering, to letting me take a few items earlier in the day, a reminder call during the graduation to confirm soup or fried Saimen (brilliant team to call and ask) and the packaging of the food to make it an easy transport from L&L to home. My craving for Hawaiian bbq was too strong one day at work, so I decided to hit up L&L for lunch. L&L are everywhere and they tend to be pretty consistent in their quality.

When I walked in, I was greeted by a bowl special and several other specials that seemed to be specific to this location. The menu is kind of all over the place and I wasn't sure how big my bowl for $5 and a drink would be. I ordered my teriyaki chicken bowl with my veggies and rice, and was greeted by a very tiny bowl. It was fine for lunch, but for an extra couple of dollars I could have had a much bigger meal.

L&L a product of Honolulu where I come from. We check them from time to time to assess the food. Today, disappointed as to quantity for the price of $16.19. Hawai'i style is two scoops of rice and a scoop of macaroni salad. Flavors were ok but got a small scoop of macaroni salad and one rice scoop. The small original Liliha Street stand still there.
