I had been here once before, ordering a vegetarian pizza. The pizza itself was okay, certainly not anything to write home about. I had decided to give the place another shot, and regretted it the moment I walked in the door... I used GrubHub to place an order, with the push notifications indicating the pizza would be ready between 1700 and 1710... When I arrived, at about 1705, I noticed that the printout the staff had appeared to show a time limit of 1709. That's fine... Until I pay, then get told it would just be a couple more minutes, then wait nearly twenty minutes to receive it. In addition, when staff finally presented my order (a large pizza, small salad, and breadsticks -the last being nothing more than overcooked garlic breads, cut in half), the employee hesitated, asking that I recite my order. Instead of placing the items on the table, he proceeded to load me up with the items, offering no assistance. While 'carefully' trying to get out the door (he didn't offer to hold it), the breadsticks immediately flopped on the ground right outside the threshold... Thank god they were packed in a container in the bag, because if you think staff (of which there were several, one apparently off or on break just standing around) STILL did nothing to assist... At that point, you one would at least expect a head popping out the door 'are you okay?' Not here. Don't waste your time on this overpriced chain restaurant... Keep it local, and head to Giovanni's Pizza around the corner (the food is 10 times better, and I regret being to lazy to simply call and place an...
Read moreCarne Asada Pizza. If you don’t know, you’re missing out. There are few things in which the gluttony of my soul is exposed and this is one of those things. It’s not just slices of marinated asana on thick pizza dough, it’s the tomatoes and salsa that take it to the next level. The red veggies keep the pie fresh in taste and keep me coming back each time I’m down this South from home.
You can order pizzas and do 50/50 on toppings. Eat in or carry out. Mexican beers served here alongside a nice selection of sodas.
Restaurant seats about 20 people and there is plenty of free parking in the lot out front.
Once, my friends and I got stuck in traffic after placing an order. There was an accident and we ended up being an hour late to pick up our pizza. Combos was so nice and waited till we got there to fire up our pizza - they made it, and then waited for us so that our pizza was fresh. If that ain’t love, what...
Read moreTried to use a coupon for adding wings to my order for $5.99 (that I got from their mailer) when I placed an order by phone. The girl acted like she had no idea what a coupon was and put me on hold and came back and asked where I got the coupon. After 2 minutes of this routine I finally I said nevermind, it's taking too long to figure out a fricking coupon. I ordered my pizza and asked for extra cheese. She said 30 minutes, I arrived at 20 minutes and my pizza was made, half warm, undercooked with less cheese than I've ever seen on a pizza, it was def not extra that they charged $2 for. There were so many blown out bubbled that each slice was halfway blown out, yet the center dough was way undercooked. It any first and last time....
