Did I mention that this location has horrible service?

We waited the normal time to be seated, which is about 15 mins average or so, but after we got seated, no one came to us for 25 mins. The server took our order and immediately took the order of the family that had just been seated next to our table. A few minutes later, the table next to us who had just arrived at the table and ordered after we ordered got their drinks quickly, but we received no drinks and no acknowledgment of any kind. By now, we had been sitting for 30 mins waiting on our table with no drinks, no food, and other people were getting served or at least receiving some kind of service!!

I can only wonder if there was something personal towards us for doing ignoring us what they did to us; for sharply ignoring us the way they did. Is it a color thing? Is it an age thing? Did we not smile enough? Was it my reading glasses? Or do they just have such a bad service, and we just ended up paying the price of their horrible service? We will never know, but we will never go back to this ihop and most likely to any ihop anywhere.

Stay away from this location and just go to the Dennis...

Bad service from the server Miguel R. Wouldn't come back to this IHOP because he didn't make us feel welcome. He took for ever for our drinks . Our coffee's got cold while waiting for the creamers. We order a Cesar salad and he brought us a regular salad . We didn't even eat the salad and he was still charging us and we let the manager know he didn't even take it off our check we had to tell the hostess . Also my husband order jalapeno for his omelette took forever to bring it to him . He almost was done with the omelette when the manager brought him the jalapeno. Very disappointed with this IHOP location wouldn't come back to this IHOP because they don't respect the customers and aren't friendly and don't care . The manager didn't even apologize he just kept taking table's just to get tips . They ignored us . I'm not recommending any body this location IHOP . I wouldn't even give...

I placed an order at IHOP at 151 W. Orangethorpe Ave., Fullerton, CA 92832 and my order was not correct. I went to return it and since it was Mother's Day the place was crowded and they did not have enough help. One of the employees walked in the restaurant, placed her bag down and began helping package the food. I said out loud "she did not wash her hands". The employee then went to use hand sanitizer and put on gloves. I told the manager the employee did not wash her hands and she said she sanitized them. I told her the employee was required to wash her hands first and then put on gloves. She then said she still sanitized(I will only advise the owner of the managers name).
