EVERY TIME I GO INTO A TARGET, I FEEL HAPPY!!! EVERY TIME I GO INTO A WALMART I AM SAD!!! WHEN I SAT DOWN TO WRITE THIS REVIEW, I REALISED THAT I WISHED THAT TARGET WOULD HIRE EVERY WALMART EMPLOYEE TO GIVE THEM A HAPPY PLACE TO WORK!!! AT TARGET I SEE SMILES BEHIND EVERY RED CART BEING PUSHED AROUND BY A HAPPY EMPLOYEE THAT IS HAPPY TO BE AT WORK. I ONLY GO TO WALMART TO BUY TWO ITEMS; CAFFEINE-FREE DIET COLA AND MICROWAVEABLE BACON BREAKFAST SANDWICHES - THAT'S IT!!! NO ONE SEEMS TO BE HAPPY THERE AT THE BREA, CA WALMART - THE OLD GUY GATHERING CARTS, THE OLD GUYS LOOKING AT MY RECEIPT, THE CRANKY WOMAN THAT ASKED ME HOW MANY BANANAS I CHECKED OUT LIKE I WAS STEALING HER 15 CENT BANANAS!!!

I DO HAVE ONE MAJOR COMPLAINT AFTER TODAY!!! A YOUNG LADY BROUGHT A FRENCH BULLDOG INTO THE STORE WHICH VIOLATES CALIF HEALTH CODES AND TARGET STORE POLICY!!! THE SIGN ON THE FRONT OF THE STORE SAYS - NO PETS ALLOWED!!! WHEN I TRIED TO DISSCUSS THIS WITH SOMEONE CLAIMING TO BE A STORE MANAGER, HE WAS CONDESCENDING, HE SPOKE DOWN TO ME AND HE TRIED TO PLACATE ME ABOUT MY LEGITIMATE...

So I come into this Target on a burning hot day --- and there is NO Icee machine, NO popcorn machine and No quick checkout machine like the Target near my home. I ask one of the supervisors why, and she said this: "Since the UPGRADE we didn't get one." Sounds more like a downgrade to me! 🤦🏽‍♂️ But since I 'm here, I decide to pickup a few things and get some cash back with my purchase! The few things I got came to $41.10 --- and I ask Jose how much cash back I can get? He says 40 bucks!? What!? 🤷🏽‍♂️ You can't do JACK with $40 in 2025. I told him to I don't want ANYTHING then --- and proceed to leave. Yet as I'm exiting, I go by the same supervisor and tell her "So did the upgrade also mean a downgrade in the cash back too." Serveral times ive been harrassed about waters at this location. This time the lady was trying to tell me in which order to scan my items and when I didnt scan them in the order she wanted she proceeded to come make me scan the waters then. I wasnt aware there was a certain order we had to scan items and she didnt do it to anybody else. They always act like your gonna steal the waters. Ive had to show my proof that ive paid for them just because the lady didnt see. I thought i could scan my groceries in any order as long as I scanned them all and ive never seen people have to show their ticket so they can make sure either. Plain and simple by how I look they keep forcing me to scan them first to make sure ME in particular doesnt take anything without paying.
