Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Fullerton

This location in particular is my absolute favorite. I come about once every 10 days or so, and almost all the workers have memorized my order. I'm super pregnant, and I'm not supposed to have deli meat, but I just love it so much. Ive had a pot of trouble gaining weight during this pregnancy, and Jersey Mike's is the only place I eat where I feel really full afterwards, and for a great price, and without feeling like I'm putting anything bad into my body. Also, the workers here always ask how I'm doing and they're super friendly and that's another reason I keep coming back. I always get the #7, which is their turkey and provolone sandwich. I used to get a regular size, but now I have to eat smaller, more frequent meals, so I get the kid's meal size sandwich, which is still a pretty good size sandwich. It comes with a cookie and a kid's drink. Overall, this place is awesome. Doesnt even compare to Subway and Togo's. The bread here is way softer and fresher, and you CAN'T beat having your meat freshly sliced right in front of you, and your cheese cut right off the block. Typically this place always live up to my expectations with both taste and quality. However today's visit makes me question coming back. The avocado on one sandwhich was brown (why was it still out to be served and why didn't the employee question this as she put it on the sandwhich?) My hot cheesesteak sandwhich was somehow mostly cold and we ate at the location. How is my hot Philly cheesesteak cold to the point where the cheese isn't even melted? Why would you serve a hot sandwhich with cold chunky cheese? Typically we can get these to go and they are still steaming hot when we get home, how are they cold/lukewarm after you just made it to me and handed it out? These may seem like small details, however they completely ruined both sandwhiches. I've never seen quality take such a downfall so quickly. On top of all this, the items on the sandwhich were placed severely disproportionately. Some bites I got only chicken, some bites only onions, some only mushrooms. Went to Jersey Mikes today at Orangethorpe and Harbor in Fullerton and ordered a #20 a pastrami with just double meat, mustard and extra onions and peppers on a giant white roll. Well it was a giant white roll and pastrami but everything else was wrong. No double meat, no onions or peppers at all, and no mustard. It was obvious the guy making it was new, and mostly unsupervised. I called after getting home and taking a bite finding little meat, and no onions/peppers or mustard, I asked for the manager and was told I was speaking to a shift supervisor(?), he tried to help but apparently has little authority and said someone would get back to me tomorrow, which is why I asked for a manager to begin with.
