Round Table Pizza — Restaurant in Fullerton

This is my favorite Round Table Pizza. I've been coming here for 15 years, and they always make great pizzas and provide great customer service; the food is always made quickly. I love to eat in here, they have a decent selection of beers on tap and plenty of seating with several very large screen tv's to watch the current games. They also have a little arcade area with regular arcade games and skill/prize games. On a recent visit there was a small issue with my pizza, a topping had been ordered as double, but it was only made with a single serving. When I brought this to their attention I was just hoping to get a refund for the cost of the second topping, but they immediately apologized and remade the pizza, which came out even faster than the first. I think this was the first time I'd ever had an issue here, and it was taken care of without hesitation, which reinforced my loyalty to...

The pizza is good but the service left something to be desired! A receptionist or cashier whose name I don't know, a woman with blond hair is extremely rude and uneducated! As a tourist I don't know how to speak English and she would shout at me at the pizza parlor saying that I didn't understand me and when I tried to explain she turned her back and left me talking to myself. She's certainly not American because the education of the natives is phenomenal! She's probably a tourist or an immigrant like me who knows nothing about family education and dealing with people. Working with an audience is not for everyone. Regrettable. Finally, the manager arrived and was able to fulfill my order. But it was quite disappointing for me! I've been to a few locations. Seems to me that the cleanliness and quality of the pizza dough depends highly on the location. For example, Visiting the Yorbalinda location in my humble opinion is night and day in comparison. The dough, staff and cleaning procedures are completely different and it shows. The dough at this location reminds me of a microwave pizza, flat and flavorless, 😔. The Pepsi machine had mold coming/hanging out the the nozzle when dispensed, I let the manager know..the nozzles did not look like they have ever been taken apart and cleaned (standard). I did not drink the pepsi..I do NOT like leaving negative reviews..but this one was in order. Try harder Round Table!😬..almost $30.00 for a small pizza and a small Pepsi that I...
