It was my first time walking into this beautiful store . I love the clothing, the boots, the jewelry, everything. Except, my only complaint was the male clerk kind of seemed bothered about some of the questions that I was asking him, I didn’t think anything of it. I just kind of left after I thought maybe it’s because I wasn’t just the part like I usually am Ig. But I decided to try it a second time & I did return way later with a friend of mine, & again he wasn’t very kind either the second time, but when two other people walked in dressed the part. He was more than happy to greet them, and help them with whatever they needed, and kind of just ignored me and my friend. We ended up kind of feeling unwelcome so we unfortunately ended up leaving shortly after. Coming here often feels like going back to a girlfriend who constantly thinks you're cheating on her—no matter what you do, you're treated with suspicion. It's exhausting. I keep hoping the vibe will change because I want to support this business but after multiple visits over the years with the same experience, I gotta say something
You guys got great tripp stuff but maybe downsizing on the drop shipped wholesale stuff might be a good thing? Seriously, toss the overpriced mass printed flimsy shirts.
