Idk how this place has 4 stars they must delete bad reviews we visited this location on June 6 2025 our total was about 40 dollars order was placed at 9:50pm through the mobile app I’ll insert picture…. Upon arriving to the pick up window we were told to please park in front of store and wait for order about 25 mins passed and my husband went to check on the food come to find out they expected us to go and get our food when 1.we were told to wait in front and food would be brought out…2.not one employee let us know our food was ready…. So it has been sitting in counter for a long time before one of the girls started flirting with my husband and had no problem offering to re make his food but once I entered the store they automatically stopped making the food by this time it’s now 10:45….. they didn’t have f fpod ready they remade the food that was already in the bag which is very unsanitary unsafe and if some else touched that food need to say illegal will be contacting health department that bag was sitting on the counter for more than 15 mins who’s to say no one else opened touched the bag etc… mind you his entire time we are trying to figure all this out……another customer had been waiting for his breakfast for 15 mins the drive thur t for the hr that we were there had not more than 8 cars … that customer ended up leaving with no refund no food due to him possibly missing his bus……. The women in the back cooking were speaking poorly about me my husband and another employee (and babe if you see this you were wearing glasses and a bun I believe it was your first time on fryer please report them ) if they are busy why would you place someone new in the field that you know they cannot succeed in just yet then turn around and get mad at said person when you’re the one that place them there is disgusting….. After 3040 minutes of going back-and-forth with employees and then just literally sitting in the back room doing absolutely nothing when I say they were just sitting there chatting it up. Instead of getting the food for the PAYING customers…. The manager finally came out from her dark office hair, messy dried up saliva down her mouth untucked shirt literally look like she just woke up from a nap as she was walking passing the kitchen/fryers she Decides to put her hair Up in a ponytail, Again, being very unsanitary….. After an hour of being there, we asked if we can get a refund as well as the food that’s the Bare minimum that they could have done for this huge inconvenience not to us but to two other paying customers as well as their employee that was being Belittled by the others these are women that are well off their 40s and this girl was probably in her 20s if that…. They wanted us to go back because they couldn’t refund us so we waited another 20 minutes on top of that to receive a refund With no apology, not one apology Waited over an hour for our food after we witnessed the injustice of their employee, being mistreated by other employees, and no one said anything after hearing their employees talk poorly about me and my husband as well I confronted, one Employee which obviously denied it she was caught off guard that I knew Spanish, which is the language they were using to belittle me, my husband, as well as as the employee…. Took me a little while to write this review because we have been pretty busy but don’t think I forgot about you guys. I am going to report you to corporate. no one made you get this job. No one is forcing you at this job. You’re there willingly you’re there cause you want to so don’t make it our problem because you couldn’t do your job correctly. Read moreThe employees refused to let me use the restroom before I ordered. I ordered 2 bacon ultimate cheeseburgers and received them without the bacon. They said that it was because of how the cashier rung up the order. They tried to kick my service dogs out. I told them that the older one had been coming to their restaurant for 7 months and now they wanted to complain. The new one was 13 weeks old and in training to be a service dog. Both dogs laid on the floor while I ordered. The time before that, I was missing several items from my order. The time before that, I always pay extra for croissant bread on my extreme sausage, and it was served on a regular bun.
