I've lived around the corner from this place for about 15 years and never went. I always thought it was just a dive-bar. After randomly looking around on Yelp, I came across this place and read through the reviews. They were great and I knew it definitely wasn't a dive-bar. So, I gave it a try. It's tucked back in the corner of the small Vendome Liquor shopping center, close to Yorba Linda and Placentia. My Brother-in-Law and I went to watch an Angel game. The reason why I stopped going to this spot is because of this one younger waitress with brown hair and tan skin always gives me attitude acts like she’s better than me when I’m the customer. She wasn’t ever very nice to me but would smile at other customers and would smile even at my friends but always gave me a stearn attitude. I’m very polite and I tip well so I see no reason except she does not like the way I look or something. You shouldn’t judge someone based on how they look. This place is located next to Gem Meats, and it looks like a dive bar from the outside. I've always just ignored it, as my dive bar schedule is already pretty full. But I stumbled into this place and discovered it's really nice inside. And while I don't foresee them winning any Michelin Stars any time soon, the staff is friendly and the regulars are nice.
