I ADORED this place...most of the staff is excellent with a few exceptions. Cough cough you know who you are,"What I guess ups doesn't make good copies?!" Than I had yoshinoya in Santa Ana and omg. This place, in comparison, is a complete rip off. After they fudged my order, they proceeded to charge me a second time for something I already ordered and paid for... once I had the Santa Ana location for the first time ever (keep in mind I dine at this Fullerton location 4x+ a week) it was delicious and they didnt skimp on a single thing you got more beef much much much more juice since this fullerton place wont give you juice unless you pay their .65 cents charge twice to receive a thimble of it..idk this spot is just whack and shouldn't even be allowed to call themselves a yoshinoya I believe since I actually had yoshinoya in Santa Ana and this spot is like a cheap ripoff attempting to trick you with their bitchy staff who hates accepting coupons that yoshinoya emailed you. Fyi they must be printed and don't print them at UPS bcuz they apparently don't print well enough for their...
Read moreI was here back in March. I had the worst experience ever in a restaurant. I ordered 3 meals to go. I got fish and chicken for myself. When I got home with the food the fish felt hard, frozen and old. I could hardly put the fork through the fish. And I usually never go back to a restaurant if they messed up on the order but my meal alone was almost $12. So I had to go back and complain. When I got there the manager told me to fuxk off and that she wasn't gonna give me a new one or give me the money back. She said that my food got hard cuz I used the restroom there at the restaurant. So I ended up calling the cops since she had sold me bad food and ripped me off. But she instead told the cops that I wasn't allowed there. Shes a short, fat Latina curly hair lady. And she refused to give me her name. I still haven't called corporate to complain about this manager and this location but ill make some time to call soon. WORST YOSHINOYA LOCATION EVER!! STAY...
Read moreI placed an online order at the store, but there was no option for "No Skin" on the chicken. After placing my order, I asked a server to remove the skin, but he reluctantly refused, saying that they must proceed with the order as it is and that it was store policy. I requested him to ask a manager about it. When the manager arrived, he reiterated that it was the company's rule and there was nothing he could do. Later, I asked for condiments, and a server gave me three packets of ginger per bowl, stating it was store policy. However, he also gave me 20 packets of pepper without any issue. This inconsistency was quite frustrating. Overall, my experience at this Fullerton store was disappointing due to the poor customer service, including the manager's response. I most likely...
