Update Review - 11-25-24 - Updated to 4 stars We returned today for the first time as the kids really wanted to go. We were pleasantly surprised. There was a very nice young lady serving us and we were looked after very well. The premises were very clean and things seem to have now settled down. I'm glad we gave it a 2nd chance. We have been to Cold Stone numerous times in Colorado so we had high expectations. The fulshear branch is new, so it takes time to get settled, but this is a mess. The ice-cream is nice, but it's not mixed properly like it is in other locations. Super-slow prep means long lines. Floors are a mess, alongwith tables. I really hope things will improve as staff become more experienced. Only 1 star for now, but hopefully that will increase further down the road. Cold Stone Creamery exceeded all expectations! The owner and manager, Michael, are incredibly kind and accommodating. I needed a custom vegetarian ice cream cake, and Michael went above and beyond to make it perfect—everyone loved it! We have bought three personalized ice cream cakes, and they all turned out amazing in both taste and design.
