I rarely write reviews, I write when I have a really good experience or when it is really bad. In this case, it was really bad. All the employees that interacted with me lack customer service. It seems like they don’t work in hospitality. The waiter had attitude almost the whole time, when he noticed that he was making us uncomfortable, his attitude changed a little, an example of many: I ordered a cold American coffee with ice for me to put ice and half cream in it and he brought me an ice coffee with milk already added, he told me that the ice coffee there already comes with milk, that is how they serve it. If I had not asked him to change it, he would not have offered to change the coffee. At this place you have to pay at the cashier, we didn't know that. We gave the card to the waiter and when he had it in his hands, Immediately a waitress came over to tell him with a very bad attitude that he shouldn't take the customers' cards, but the way she said it made us feel very uncomfortable, even the waiter was embarrassed. Finally, at the cashier, my friend and I had two separate tab, two receipts, one for my friend and one for me, each of us handed in the receipt with the card separately forts my friend and then me. The cashier decided to pass everything on one card, and when we asked what he was doing, he said, "I didn't do anything, I just passed the receipts." The attitude of this typical person who doesn't recognize his mistake and lacks ethics and customer service. I had to explain to him that if he had closed the account first and then passed my receipt with my card, that wouldn't have happened. He insisted that he didn't do anything. In other words, the system is automatic lol. it seems like he thought we were stupid. The truth is that all the staff needs a customer service course. I worked in restaurants as a host and waitress, I know what I'm talking about. I went out to relax and the truth is that I felt stressed by these...
Read moreThe service we received was not very good. We were missing items from our meal then told that it didn’t come with our meal. I had to ask for the menu to show that my meal came with eggs included. My eggs were not rushed out as I expected after already receiving my meal. It came out late I was nearly done with my meal when it was received. Then we had to ask for simple things like water and syrup which normally comes out automatically in any other restaurants. We ordered coffee but were not asked if we wanted fresh coffee throughout the meal. We ordered donuts to share and asked for plates and never received it as well. I would say we just had a bad waitress because the other table next to us that she was waiting on ordered was incorrect as well and the guy at that table sent his food back for it to be corrected. But the other waitress that brought our food out was the one that told use that the meal we ordered didn’t come with eggs. The waitress that took the order did apologize for getting the order incorrect but when I received my bill I was charged almost $5 for the eggs that were included in the meal. We just went on a paid for it at this point we were over the service at this location and was ready to leave. The staffing at this location needs to be retrained. They also should know the menu and charging a customer for an included item is ridiculous. I did order an additional side but it was not the same price as what it was charged for the eggs. But at the end of the day a good server would have not changed me at all for the side. This was lazy of the waitress to not put my order in correctly so I can be charged the correct price. I hope improvement comes to this location. Thank you the opportunity to share my...
Read moreMy wife and I had breakfast at First Watch Café in Fulshear, Texas, and I cannot express how delightful our experience was! Our server, Brianna, was nothing short of amazing. She welcomed us with a warm smile, and was incredibly accommodating, especially since we brought our German Shepherd, Duke, along for the breakfast adventure.
The moment we arrived at the patio, we felt at home. The ambiance was just right – cool morning, perfect for enjoying a meal with our furry friend. Brianna ensured that Duke was comfortable, providing him with pitcher of water, which was a lovely touch.
The food, oh the food, was spectacular! Everything from the fresh, seasonal ingredients to the innovative flavors was a testament to First Watch's commitment to quality. We enjoyed the Traditional, an egg classic done to perfection, which was both refreshing and nutritious. Each dish was beautifully presented and tasted even better than it looked.
Brianna's service was impeccable. She was attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about the menu, and her friendly demeanor made our meal all the more enjoyable. She catered to Duke's needs as much as ours, showing a genuine love for pets which made our experience even more special.
The patio at First Watch in Fulshear is clearly dog-friendly, which is a huge plus for pet owners like us. It was clean, spacious, and provided a lovely view while we savored our breakfast.
In summary, if you're looking for a place that combines excellent food, stellar service, and a pet-friendly environment, First Watch in Fulshear, with Brianna as your server, is the place to be. We can't wait to return for another delightful meal with Duke. Thank you, First Watch, for a...
