Love five guys burgers and fries! Their burgers are definitely pricier than fast food, but they’re not a fast food restaurant and they’re higher quality so it’s worth it in my opinion. The burgers and fries are always made fresh to order and are delicious every time. The consistency you get here is incredibly important and keeps people returning. Everyone knows what Five Guys is about: burgers, fries, and enough peanuts to start your own airline snack service. But this location? It felt more like Five Tries.

The staff seemed like they were meeting both the register and each other for the first time. It took a full committee to figure out how to ring up a burger. I half expected someone to call tech support. Communication was minimal, unless you count confused looks and awkward silence as team-building.

If you’re into watching a team improvise customer service in real time, this place is a must-visit. Otherwise, maybe try another location where the grill isn’t the only thing...
