I came here with my toddler and husband and ordered a tea for myself and asked for water with boba for my toddler. I paid for the boba that went into the water with the young cashier, shortly after the older Asian woman whom I assume is the owner yells at us from behind the counter and hands back a dollar to us and says angrily โcanโt do ice water with bobaโ then she gave us evil glares the entire rest of the time there and my toddler spilled a tiny bit of his water on the table and she rushed over with her towel, ripped the water cup from my toddlers hands, and told us not to use napkins. The spill was so small it wasnโt even anywhere close to dripping form the table. She absolutely hated us and we had no idea why. I donโt see how you can run a business being so rude to your customers. My tea was good though so thatโs the only good thing about this place but we definitely wonโt be back and will tell our friends and family not to go here.
Also to the young blonde cashier, you are WAY too nice to work with this abuse A-hole. Any other business would love to hire...
ย ย ย Read moreA coworker and I work at a business close by and had been wanting to try for a while. We walked into a small but steadily moving line before being greeted by a smiling Charlotte at the register. She quickly took my order of several food items and recited them back to me before being telling me it would be around 10 mins. My co worker also ordered some food and a drink and went back to work while I waited. I only had to wait 8 mins or so but it was torture with all the delicious smells coming from the kitchen. When I got the food back and we were able to eat, we were not disappointed. We got a few orders of spicy popcorn chicken, the eggrolls, some dumplings, the fried mushrooms, and the squid balls. It was a masterpiece and wayyy less expensive than weโd been thinking. Definitely a new favorite where we work. Thanks guys!

ย ย ย Read moreI used to love this place, but it has gone downhill with their drinks, and it makes me sad. It's been a couple of times that I go now that either they're out of tapioca, the milk tea tastes almost like water and the last straw was when we ordered one with hard as rocks tapioca. The quality has definitely changed, or they are doing something really different, but my family can tell, and we all agree it's not good anymore.
Update: sad to add that they will not give you tapioca in the last hour before closing. They should put up a sign that says they don't serve a main staple in the last hour. It kept happening to us that they would tell us they don't have tapioca until a worker said they don't make any in the last hour very disappointing. We are looking...
