I do not recommend going to this Sonic. Stay away from any means possible. All the food safety violations I have witnessed over the times I’ve stopped here are INSANE. Also, the cashier Brenda, and the manager Carlos, have exceptionally horrible attitudes. I nearly said some nasty words to Brenda because of her stink attitude, and the fact that Carlos does not care whether your order is right but rather that Brenda gets her last word in to tell you off, pisses me off.
There are 3 girls working there, all with shoulder to waist length hair. They do not tie up their hair or put their hair in a hair net. They prance and dance around the kitchen too with their hair down. Guess what guys? That means hair has touched your food.
I have witnessed the shift manager, Carlos, wear no gloves and wipe his eyes, pick his nose, and then put orders together at their prep station. I nearly threw up seeing it myself.
I witnessed the cooks multiple times, wear no gloves while handling food, cook raw meat, go to the prep station, and put burgers and fries together, hotdogs, onion rings, etc WITHOUT WASHING THEIR HANDS
Just wanted to warn everyone looking at these reviews before coming to this store, before deciding to come here. I’ve already put in a complaint to the Fort Bend County health inspector, and called corporate about these issues. Now I’m putting a review up to see if anything can be done about this horrible management and obviously horrible health...
Read moreThis is hands down the worst Sonic I’ve ever been to, and it’s been consistently bad. The staff are incredibly slow, constantly mess up orders, and have zero regard for customer service. But yesterday was absolutely unacceptable.
I placed a mobile order and waited in my car for over 30 minutes. My order showed as completed, but no one ever acknowledged me—not a word, no check-in, nothing. Meanwhile, I watched multiple other customers get their food with no issue. Finally, when I saw a worker delivering food to someone who arrived after me, I had to speak up. She asked what I ordered, walked off, and came back a few minutes later with my food—no apology, no explanation, no eye contact—just tossed the bag into my hand and walked away before I could even say thank you.
I opened the bag—they forgot my mozzarella sticks. I had to get her attention again. She came back with them a couple of minutes later, still with the same rude attitude and no acknowledgment. As if that wasn’t enough, after I drove off, I realized she didn’t give me a straw, which meant I had to stop somewhere else just to get one.
This place needs a serious overhaul in management and staff training. If your team can’t handle basic manners, accuracy, or efficiency, maybe they shouldn’t be in customer-facing roles. Save yourself the frustration and go literally...
Read moreNow I'm one who values customers and when I get good service I appreciate it and even when the employees work long hours and still try to give you the best service while under pressure of rude customers and long hours I feel for them and I felt bad for one of the female managers, I didn't know her name but she said she was working 18hr from opening to closing and a customer was extremely rude and decided to say rude things because she was attending to our situation with an one order that was made online by the app, which mind you we were satisfied with the outcome of her professionalism and customer service she deserved better, they were not fooling around and they were doing their best to fulfill everything and everyone's order, I am happy how everything turned out for us and the food was great, ill definitely go back and hope to see the manager again to thank her personally because she did...
