Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Fultondale

Chris's management staff sucks and is very unprofessional, mainly Stacey and Jennifer! I have known Chris for a long time when I use to buy my platters from him and Greg years ago. Because of his management staff today and the big turn over that he keeps having behind them being frivolous and jealous of others - we all are afraid of his restaurant failing. Chris - when you get rid of the heads that are bound to ruin you...you will appreciate your customers and your success even more! They can't even keep chicken on the line. And when they run out- they don't want to tell anyone. It's like "HUSH-HUSH!" Can't wait to tell you face to face how people can ruin you because THEIR hearts are not for your goodness. You and Greg were always good to me!!!! And I was always thankful. I brought a lot money there then with those card games that I hosted. Wink-wink! Anyway, clean the weeds out!...

I eat here often never really had an issue until yesterday rude cashier then when I got my food which was a grilled cheese sandwich it had what seemed to be barbeque sauce or ketchup from someones all over the inside of the box I returned it the manger takes it from my hands as I'm trying to show her seems unconcerned an walks away everyone from the front of the store leaves the front area then one young lady comes to the window to say your sandwich is being remade it took about 10mins then when I saw that my order was up one young lady walks around with my sandwich for about 2mins instead of bring it to me then finally the manger comes from the back an sees me still sitting an givings me my sandwich I threw the food away I was late for a meeting an could not stay any longer that...

First off, if I was able to leave zero stars I would. Secondly, I do not see myself eating at an zaxby’s establishment at all in the future, because I have experience the WORST TYPE OF FOOD POISONING EVER IN MY LIFE. To the literal point of me dry heaving and almost being admitted into the hospital for dehydration. Thirdly, if any of you will continue to eat from any zaxby’s franchise, I recommend everyone to stick to what has kept them ok and at bay. DO NOT TRY ANY NEW ITEMS UNLESS YOU ARE READY TO TAKE THE RISK. Especially quesadilla. Matter fact, DO NOT TRY ANY NEW ITEM THAT DIES NOT FIT THE ORIGINAL...
