This used to be my favorite location until recently. I arrived around 9:30 two nights ago and they said they could only accept cash. That is fine, sometimes credit card processors go down so I understand. I tried again last night and they said they were only accepting cash. I asked if this was a new policy at their location, because of the trouble the night before. The person working the window started arguing with me on why I didn't bring cash if I knew they weren't accepting card. I had just gotten off work and didn't know that they were just not accepting cards now and it being 2018 I expected my debit card to be more than sufficient to order a quesadilla. I informed him I would be writing to corporate to check their policies. It was then the attendant told me that "That didn't F** scare him and to F my mother. It was at this time that my emotions got the better of me and decided to explain where he could shove his next Dorito's Loco taco order into. Read moreWhen they got the nacho fries again I tried to go through the drive-thru after work one night and they were out of them and did not tell me until after I had made my entire order. I ended up leaving with nothing that night after being disappointed about the fries. I still came back tonight and try to make an order and the cheese sauce was left out for my fries, we had asked for extra creamy pepper sauce that we did not get, and are quesadillas we're not cut. When I tried to call to get a manager I had to call four separate times before someone picked up. I had already made it home at this point which was a 30-minute Drive and the manager on duty insisted that the only thing he could do for me was to replace the order if I turn around and came back tonight. I made it clear that I was not interested being in the car for over an hour for an order that they messed up that I would rather then make it right the next time I came through. It was at this point that the manager hung up on me. I will be contacting corporate to make sure they are aware of the horrible customer service this location...
Read moreNever had a bad experience at any Taco Bell till tonight until the last few times I’ve been here and tonight was the cherry on top. There where so many tomatoes and lettuce in my food that was not supposed to have it, makes me wonder about the cleanliness the food is made on. Once getting to the window I was greeted with with nothing but sourness and bitterness from the drive through lady. After paying for my food I was told I HAD not asked but told I HAD to back my car up past the yellow pole. Guessing so it didn’t look bad it took them 10 minutes to make my food which some of was in correct sick as my steak burrito which I got lumps of beans instead of steak. If you have the gas and time I highly recommend taking the 5 minute drive to the Taco Bell in gardendale because you will get nothing but rudeness and bad quality food here. Wasn’t always this way but my past few times have been horrendous and it’s sad to see these new hires not care about customers...
