So after today I've finally decided to write a review for, by far, the worst Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. Every single time something goes wrong, whether its the service, speed, or just other customers honking at each other because the staff can never seem to direct people appropriately.
My mother went to get us lunch at this location today, and was excited to look at the menu because she remembered seeing an ad for a new drink they had. Of course, going to Chick-fil-A at the drive-thru and needing to see a menu is essentially a crime these days.
The staff member directed her to just go to the board and order there, where she waited an excessive amount of time with no one taking her order at the board. Eventually, she just decided to pull up to the door/window area where they give the food out because the people taking orders weren't seeing her.
So of course, the people at the window gave her a hard time about not being in the correct place, continually didn't give her the right order. This included giving her medium drinks instead of larges, and medium fries instead of larges. My mother also ordered specific amounts of sauces, where they gave her both the incorrect sauces and numbers of sauces. Once home, we also learned they also put pickles on a sandwich that was requested to not have it.
If you can't run a business where people aren't even allowed to be served if they request to see a menu, then the staff is out here floundering at the thought of "oh well maybe someone wants to just see what we have" and is incapable of handling that situation, I mean. That is insane.
Also, just to top it off, here is an image of one of the sandwiches where the chicken is literally halfway off the bun just as it came.

Itâs extremely slow, every single employee seems to have no sense of urgency whatsoever, my order has been wrong 3 times in a row, drive thru lane is a complete mess, clearly poor management, and when I brought an issue up to an employee they just looked at me and said âyeah I know⌠sorryâ. Just terrible service all around. Takes a lot for me to post a review but I used to work for Chick-fil-A and am completely stunned at how poor this location operates. The McDonaldâs down the street has better service and accuracy and speed⌠So I have no clue how this location has a 4.6 star rating⌠every time Iâve been to this location itâs been this same experience so I know others deal with it as well. Just sad to see a Chick-fil-A like this one.
UPDATE: Tried going again 2 weeks after the first review above⌠still just as bad. Driverthru line was all the way out to the main road with only 1 lane open and with no employee outside taking orders. There is absolutely no sense of urgency or efficient system at this location. Be prepared to sit in the drive thru line for a minimum of 20 minutes while wondering if anyone is here taking orders. Oh and the crazy part about all of this is I went during one of the slowest...
   Read morePlease do not go to this Chick-fil-A. This is the second time Iâve gone there. They are not autism friendly. They are not special needs friendly on top of that. They donât have the same menu as every other Chick-fil-A. I was stuck in drive-through for today to find out that they donât sell rolls like they do every other Chick-fil-A made me wait in line And try to charge me full price. The reason I say itâs not autism friendly. I went last week and I brought my child with me to the playground, and they just were not very nice on top of that. They helped in the lobby, walked and helped everybody else in that lobby, but me and my autistic child who was stemming so for that reason, I will no longer be going to that Chick-fil-A. They are awful . Rand village is my choice and will be going. after pulling out of that drive-through, I went right down the road to Rand Village like I usually go and no issues of course and every other Chick-fil-A for that case Iâve never had an issue but itâs constantly the Fay location. I donât know if itâs the management the employees or what but they is one. I will steer clear from from now on, I will be giving corporate a complaint as well but I know that you know you might want to think about it before you go there with anybody...
