My 9 year Granddaughter was so excited about the Taylor Swift event! We were told all it from the staff when we were in there painting, the staff really got her excited telling her there would be photo booths, bracelet exchanges, Taylor music etc! She wore her Taylor shirt, sparkly silver skirt with her Taylor silver boots! Well it turns out there were only 5 people that signed up her and 4 other girls I guess to be in early twenties! My Granddaughter cried all the way home! She said they didn’t do the Photo Booth that she was looking forward to, it was basically a paint party, the staff that were young girls didn’t make her feel part of the event! I paid $13 to sign her up and another $40 for her to paint something like her and I have done several times! I feel like if more mature people were running the party they would have made her feel more part of it! I even called early that day to see if they were sold out and they said they didn’t know! Very...
Read moreToday me and my partner visited Crazy Glaze and we were really impressed! Highly recommend. Staff was so helpful and kind to us about the process. Atmosphere is really relaxed and nice. Some other reviews complain about price- to give you an idea, we both painted mugs and they were about $35 each. There is no additional charge for glazes or supplies either. Glaze isn’t cheap, and the staff also has to apply a clear glaze on your piece after you’ve had your fun. Therefore, the price is really fair, especially because you’re not on a time limit, and you’re not limited with the amount of glaze colors you can use. At the end of the day, this is a small business with a really unique concept and caring employees. It’s worth a visit! The only thing I will add is it is a little warm in the shop. I recommend wearing comfy clothes and avoiding layers just in case it’s on the toasty side! We can’t wait to see how our...
Read moreVery poor selection. Unless you want to paint something for Christmas or Halloween at the end of December. We chose “wood” pieces. They are fine selling you damaged pieces for $30. If I’m going to pay $30 it shouldn’t be damaged at all. I didn’t notice the damage until I had started painting the middle of my sun. Since I had started I had to accept their flawed material. She told me they couldn’t use it as a sample because I had started to make it my own already. That was the most absurd reasoning I’ve heard. I was told if I wanted to buy another $30 piece of cheap material I could. Was it a major defect, no. It was the principle and the price I had to pay. I’ve never had a small business refuse to right their product error. Honestly I was in shock at this customer service. We will never return or attend...
