My son and I went into mattress firm in fuquay today and was kindly greeted by Brian. I chose this location because it's not too far from home and I was really hoping they had Stearns and foster and tempurpedic to try out and they did! I just switched my tempurpedic breeze luxe to a dreamcloud after many years and actually have dreamcloud coming to pick up their terrible mattress in a couple of days. While I was not planning on purchasing today I did know that if I didn't purchase soon I would be on the floor for a bit or an air mattress because I gave my old mattress to my youngest to help sleep better at night. That aside, Brian was helpful, pleasant and patient. He answered all of my questions and allowed me to use the bed match. He is very personable. I am happy that he wasn't pushy or pressuring me into buying anything. After a few hours, yes, a few hours of laying on various beds, I did decide to purchase a tempurpedic. During the purchasing process he said that he would have to sadly deliver it on Monday which meant I would be sleeping on an air mattress for a bit but he actually texted me after I left and informed me I'll have the delivery tomorrow! This store offers 0% financing if you qualify, they have up to 100 nights of satisfaction guarantee and you still get all of the perks from the company for the mattress. I finally decided to buy a new mattress. Old one still in good shape but "old" me not so much. I've tried everything else for all my "itisis" that some people seem to get later in life. I am extremely glad I went to Mattress Warehouse. I had done some research & I am happy to report that I had a great experience! Jason greeted me as I walked in. We discussed what I "thought" I needed but after doing the sleep test, we determined I needed a different mattress than what I thought. I tried out at least 6 different mattresses to see which one suited me & was in my price range, etc. Jason is very knowledgeable & above all else- honest! He answered all my questions, offered advice, did not try any hard sell tactics. I was treated with respect & appreciation . My new mattress will be delivered tomorrow & I'm positive I am going to love it! Hope you have more Sales Associates like Jason in your other stores!

Update: My new hybrid/foam mattress & I weren't compatible. I called Jason to let him know & without hesitation or questions he told me to come on in & we'd find a mattress that worked for me! (Edit: it's been over a month but I haven't been contacted by anyone from Mattress Warehouse yet. I bought a KINGSDOWN STRATTON ET HYBRID mattress and have had it for about a year now and the mattress has never been comfortable like it should be. It feels too stiff and causes more back pain instead of relieving it. We are completely unsatisfied with this purchase and we are so disappointed that we spent over $4000 for a mattress that is this uncomfortable. Not sure if they can do anything to help. We need a better mattress. The "one-time comfort exchange policy was not really helpful since we still do not have a comfortable mattress).

It's been less than a year since I purchased a mattress from here, and now I'm in worst pain than from my old mattress. At first I got a Tempurpedic plush king mattress and I exchanged that one because it was too firm and stiff. I exchanged that one for a Kingsdown Stratton but this one is still too firm and is not "posturpedic" like it claims to be. I wake up feeling more tired and sore than when I went to bed.
