Oh Mei Wei, I have been a regular customer since you first opened and I have raved about your food all these years to our friends. But the last 3 times we ate in your restaurant, the two young ladies who served us were exceptionally cold, rude and unfriendly. They talk in a monotone, make no eye contact and never smile. They are just miserable and made our visits unpleasant. Last night's meal was no different, actually worse. My General Tso's Chicken looked like slightly large golden raisins. All the chicken was shriveled up, small and impossible to chew. It was very obviously old meat that had been cooked at least twice and extremely dehydrated. When I called your server over, her response was her consistent coldness. She took a whole $3 off my meal and told me that some people like their chicken extra crispy. Her assumption that I was that stupid and would believe her denial that it was old and re fried actually was worse than the food itself. I have no tolerance for dishonesty. I have been cooking for 40 years and know when food is old and dehydrated from repeated cooking. During our entire meal, I watched this same server bring out several plates of battered, deep fried chicken dishes and every one of them had chicken that was the normal size and more than twice the size of mine. There's no doubt in my mind you served me old, twice fried, dehydrated chicken. You've lost our families' business. Boy have you changed since you first opened....

When we opened the food we found that our mango chicken was missing and we were given a soup of some kind instead. then we found a long straight black hair in the orange chicken. it couldnt be one of our hair because we all have either red or brown hair and all of our is wavy or curly to some degree. finally the tipping point was when i took a bite into the sweet and sour chicken the piece was raw in the middle. This place was good years ago but obviously something changed and i would never...

Service 5/5 - Really enjoyed the snug, cozy atmosphere. The staff constantly checked to ensure we enjoyed our food and that our drinks were filled.
Quality 4/5 - Your typical "Americanized" Chinese food with Thai fusion will be found here. There is also Japanese Hibachi thrown in. I wish the dishes were more authentic to Chinese culture but unfortunately it may not be possible since "Chinese food" in America equates to everything being deep fried. Theres no such thing as "sesame seed" or "general tso chicken" in China.
Price 5/5 - Typical cheap prices. Won't break the bank.
Cleanliness 5/5 - From the dining room area only, very clean and spotless. Plates, cups and...
