Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Fuquay-Varina

Had delivery order today and it was my first time eating at Zaxby's. Signature chicken sandwich was awesome with the Zaxby sauce. Chicken was flavorful, fresh, and moist. Best chicken sandwich I have had in a long time. Fries had a good flavor but the cheddar bites had no flavor and the only thing that saved them was the delicious ranch dipping sauce! Strawberry Fanta was delicious and thirst quenching, Price was reasonable especially since I will get 2 meals out of all this food! Update 5/08 ordered Chicken Ranch Loaded Fries and they were awesome!! $11.00 is expensive for fries but worth every penny!!! UPDATE 7/5/23 tried Funnel cakes and the flavor was awesome BUT they need to be eaten fresh out of the grease! They don’t travel well and mind were hard and chewy! Not worth the $5.00 price tag!!! UPDATE 7/7/24 Grilled Chicken Sandwich the chicken had great flavor but the chicken was tough and there was too much Zack sauce on it. Chocolate chip cookie was good but very small for $1.30 UPDATE 1/29/25 Grilled Chicken Philly was seasoned well and it tasted ok BUT it was WAY too salty! The sandwich holds a lot of moisture and needs to be on stronger bread because my bread is already soaked through! UPDATE 5/21/25 Veggie Egg Rolls and side of Crinkle Fries - Regular tasted great and full of flavor. Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadilla was full of ingredients and tasted great but I paid for, as advertised in the picture, 4 pieces and I only got 3 pieces. It is also overpriced compared to similar competition where $12.00 would also include a side!! UPDATE 10/22/25 (5) Fingerz were tough on the ends overcooked and dry. The middle of the pieces was moist but not tender. BBQ sauce had an unexpected bite to it and the crinkle fries never disappoints.Glad the Fingerz were on...

The food was the best we've ever had there The service left much to be desired. The guy working the register and the girl who brought us our food or both very polite but after we waited 12 minutes for food we went up and asked about it and she said they would have them stop working on the drive-thru line and do the dinner room line orders which was only hours. We then asked to see the manager the manager came out and let us get about five words out before he started telling us how short-handed he was and how it's company policy to make the meals in a certain way and it doesn't matter where you come in the line You just have to wait and when my husband suggested a different way to manage customers sitting right in front of you, the guy said You just don't get it would you like to come back here and look I'd love to show you how you do it in our kitchen. He then went on to call his own employees morons and hooligans and said they weren't worth the money he was paying them but it's all he could get. Wonder how they would think and feel if they knew that's how their boss was talking about them. He would not listen to us he talked over us He got up and walked away from us a couple of times and just was flat out rude and finally we just sent him on his way. As we were leaving he came out and said well this doesn't make up for my lack of tact or for the amount of time that you had to wait for your food but at least the next meal can be on us and handed my husband a gift card. He should not in any way shape or form being charge of anything relating to customer service because he does not know how to provide good...

I've been to this location 2 times now, once 3 months ago and again last night. Both times I ordered two chicken finger plates (the most commonly ordered items) and I've had to wait an hour or more both times. Last night we came in for a late dinner and found 70% of the people inside standing and waiting for orders. Of the 10 or so parties ahead of me I saw most ask for a refund and leave before there food was ready and many of the people who stayed had there orders come out wrong. As a matter of fact my order came out wrong (they called my order with only 1 chicken finger plate when I ordered 2) and by the time my order was correct my food was cold. Beyond just the wait the place was also a mess. It seems the hold up was mostly in the kitchen and the front staff was spending most of the time waiting so why couldn't they go around and clean/bus some tables? In the 2 hours I was there I never saw an employee do any cleaning. They were also out of sweet tea the entire time. As I was standing waiting for my food I noticed the kitchen staff often just standing around and noticed 2 kitchen staff working the line picking things up off the line and eating....without gloves. Me and my wife love zaxbys but this location is abysmal so I would find...
