Thats it! 8/4/2020 4:30pm no sign in the drive thru? but no one answers? You never update your hours online?! I drive to you guys because it says you are open with limited hours NOT closed? FOR the 4th time I have arrived and you guys are completely closed? If you close before 4pm reflect it online?! What a waist of time for me to drive to you guys and your not even open at 4pm? on and off completely closed throughout the months without warning. Or without posting you are closed on Yelp, Google ect. I dont mean to be rude guys. However the 1st time, 2nd time, 3rd time and then 4th time I am wasting gas money to get to you. And I would completely understand if you are closed and it says online (google, Yelp ect) you are closed on Tuesday, or Thursday ect. But for it to show open On all these online pages online to arrive and your not.

Lol I have rated this Starbucks several times. I’m trying to find a perfect mix for the building and for the people going there. I have consistently waited in that line that’s wrapped around the building gone past the Verizon store only to watch people drive-by park walk inside get their drink and leave within 30 seconds. And there’s nothing worse than waiting in that giant line for 20 minutes to pay six to $20 for a coffee that taste like milk or water. So here it is I highly recommend you to go onto the website and order your coffee online for instance I like things sweet in online I can add the pumps of flavor and add things to it that I didn’t even know Starbucks offered. For instance a blonde roast in a mocha?! Seven pumps instead of five in a Venti yes please LOL. I can’t tell if Covid was the problem. Or the fact that there are now 10 times the amount of people in this area coming to live here or if this specific Starbucks just has huge turnover. My coffee order is typically well over the calorie threshold of “coffee “. I really just like Frappuccinos.
The unshakable disappointment that accompanies every trip to the Fuquay Starbucks.
The fact that I am an eternal optimist, hopeful, with every return that I will receive the advertised, perfectly balanced mixture of blended ice, chocolate, coffee and milk.
But, I am equal parts realist. And I am all too aware that every single time I will go spend six dollars to sit in line for far too long only to be proudly handed cold, watered down milk, with a cheerful smile.
Now, I’m certain my order is this way because it sat on the counter long enough to keep up with the barista’s pace. Always one to give the benefit of the doubt, I can only imagine they are taking meticulous care to be detailed oriented with every order and this continuously disappointing experience is merely a symptom of the time it takes to treat every order with such care.
Ever the optimist, I will likely continue to return, hopeful that one day the same care and detail will be taken with my order, and my win will come in the form of a perfectly icy Frappuccino.
In the meantime, I will likely continue the cycle of craving that delicious drink, receiving a highly disappointing product and essentially throwing , six dollars and a cup full of milk water in the trash nearly...
Read moreMy last 2 mobile orders have been very disappointing. Ordered a blonde red-eye at around 650, show up at 705 and the drink isn't ready. After a few minutes I get asked what I'm waiting on and the staff first says they don't see it and then say it's already been made and gone. Not in my hands..... First time, staff remade it and apologized. That was 3 Sundays ago. Yesterday, was first told they didn't get the order, then when I showed the receipt, they said it was already made, then they said they never got the ticket. Staff told someone about the ticket not printing and made my drink. Put it on the counter in the back to tell the manager about the ticket and first staff took the drink and gave it to someone in the drive thru. Its now 15 minutes later and I asked can I get my drink. Staff made it again and this time handed it to me. 725 I finally drive away. No apology, no concern or recognizing by the manager, just a who cares attitude by everyone involved. 2 times in a row! And manager completely ignored me and a response. I like to keep my business in Fuquay-Varina but this will drive me to Holly Springs or stop going to Starbucks...
