So... A couple months ago I ordered through UberEATS because I didn't think I was in their delivery area, Johnny's pizza that is. While I was waiting for my delivery, I received a phone call from one of the owners, questioning if I knew where my driver was because they had come in to check on the order, and then left. He wanted to make sure I was getting the best food from them that I could, a couple of minutes had passed, after the driver left, when I received the call. I looked at the app and saw my driver at another restaurant picking up a different order. They, then, returned to Johnny's to retrieve my order, delivered the second order before mine and then delivered mine. I was texting with the owner through the entire ordeal at this point, and made good conversation. I informed him that we ordered there because my family loves the pizza and wings, our only issue was the hot wings weren't really hot, more medium to mild. Well skip a couple of months and I asked the kids what they wanted for dinner and it was Johnny's, so I called the store and placed my order, it was, without a doubt, the freshest I have ever had. Not just that, but the " hot wings" we ordered were actually "hot"(spicy) this time around.
I just want to shout out Stephen for making this happen, I am beyond pleased with tonight's experience, and will most definitely be ordering in the future.

Read moreI was really disappointed in the service here. I placed an order online and was told it would be ready by 6:40-6:50. I got to Johnnys at 6:40 and they informed me my order was in the oven and would take a few minutes. 40 minutes later, I was still waiting. At 7:20 I finally got up and asked how much longer it would take and the girl at the counter brought my entire order out, which had apparently just been sitting in the back for who knows how long. Everything was COLD by the time I got it, and tasted nothing like it should by the time I got home. I thought I was being patient instead of going up and asking them where my order was sooner, but apparently if you don’t go up and ask them for updates every 5 minutes they’ll completely forget you even walked in, and your food will be cold and disgusting by the time they remember 40 minutes later. Garlic knots? Hard, dry and cold. Pizza, tastes like a digiorno’s after being out for a half hour. Mozzarella sticks? Soggy.
Either change your estimated pick up times or pay attention to which orders are ready and take them out to your customers. It’s not rocket science. Probably will be taking my...
Read moreOne day last week I decided to get my favorite meal at Johnny's pizza.
When I arrived they had no electricity. But nothing to worry about. Thanks to Steve the general manager and his crew they presented me with a hot tasty sandwich.
Teamwork is essential when things go wrong. But everyone here pulled together and presented me with a hot meal.
Today I went there and immediately noticed how clean the dining area was , the floors clean and not a speck on the tables.
Everything was clean even the soft drink station.
Three of my favorite people that work there are Steve, Billy ,And J.P.
You can see how well this place is kept clean just by walking inside.
Pizza's smell great in the ovens and lots of goodies in the kitchen.!
**To the owner of this establishment. You have some great dedicated employees that work here and take great pride and care into their customers. They make sure the customer is happy with their orders and if something isnt right~ they correct the issue.
