I wish I could give less than 1 star for the lack of customer service in this establishment. I’ve tried to give this location multiple attempts to get it right and customer service is where they ALWAYS lack. Tonight I went in after calling in an order that could not be satisfied as the manager on duty Caitlin mentioned the option wasn’t on the menu, ok. My order was a simple double meat however for the filet they don’t have double meat on the menu so instead I would be charged $8 for a side when the request was for double meat. I simply said no problem you can ring me up for the higher priced double filet but note to make it filet/ chicken. The only response is that’s not in our system so we cannot do that. No problem. I ask for the store number and without active listening Caitlin replies matter of factly, “no, we don’t give out the owners number.” Hence, I requested the business identifiers in another way as I was requesting the store # and Caitlin gives me the phone number. So I clarified and asked if I identify the store by the address to which she replied, “yes”. Great! So I inquired where comments, complaints, or concerns can be left (because every successful business welcomes feedback) and nothing. As I walk out with not much help to leave feedback another employee is looking at me snickering (the same employee who begin to take my order and then walked away in the middle of the order with Caitlin looking at me to complete the order with no indication). Read more.. I don’t like the idea of sounding dramatic or like a “Karen”, but m imma let it slide today. Today, hibachi and company made me sick to my stomach.. when it comes to health and safety, I take it seriously. I ordered food off of door dash and it was simply noodles and chicken and dumplings. Dumplings are supposed to be steamed ( or I believe that is what the menu has stated) but the dumplings I had were over cooked and crunchy. I wouldn’t have mind having a bit of a crunch, but this crunch was like some kind of staleness .. Worse of all.. not only my soba noodles were WARM to COLD, but I pulled out A WAVY BLONDE PIECE OF HAIR out of my mouth. I DO NOT HAVE BLONDE HAIR. And when I pulled that stray of hair out of my braces, I just felt straight nausea. And the fact that it was a FAST DELIVERY and my food came out pretty much either out of the over heated oven or in the trash. . It’s sad to see the downfall of this store location and I am deeply disgusted. and i rather go to Dan and Sushi that is around the corner of this store 🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️.
With that being said, if you work here and have wavy blonde hair, wear a hair cap, sis.

Read moreso normally, I go here and get the Hibachi vegetable Plate but recently, it has been very inconsistent with the taste. Some days it’s salty some days it’s plain, but also the portion sizes have decreased a lot. The main reason I’m here is to complain about the short lady seemed about in her 30s, My fiancé had chicken hibachi and complained that the chicken was not thoroughly cooked. I took it back and she told me that she could give me a side of chicken instead of remaking the entire meal. I Told her I don’t want to risk getting salmonella because the middle of the chicken was mushy and undone. My thing is Who offers a side of chicken when you complain about the food being undone???
