Every time I come here the drink is nasty or wrong or wait so long just leave after I’ve paid to bad it’s the only Starbucks around however as much as I’ve wanted to love this Starbucks considering it’s right up the road today was just the last straw and I won’t be back first of all the woman walked off while I was still ordering and proceeded to cash me out of card while I was paying with the app when I tried to get her attention she rolled her eyes and turned her back to me while still standing there I proceed to wait to pay still while the other two girls doing nothing gossip and when two people who one of the girls that is gossiping knows instead of checking me out so I can get my stuff moves on to them completely ignoring me when I tell her I need to scan my app I then wait several more minutes for the girl checking out her friends to stop talking and check me out keep in my other girl is in the corner looking dubious doing nothing I would have just left at this point if I hadn’t already promised a very anxiously waiting child a drink the girl at the register finally stops talking to her buddies and turns to me and I tell her that I was trying to tell her I still need to scan my app to pay and she was friendly enough mad excuses for the girl that rolled her eyes at me I tell her it’s not the fact that she walked off it’s the fact that I know she heard me because she huffed and puffed and rolled her eyes at me and turned her back to me and that the girl ignored me and started taking her friends order when I was in line first and still trying to finish my transaction I get in the car with not even half what I wanted cause keep in mind the girl walked off while I was still ordering to find the child’s drink is disgusting grainy and some substance at the bottom of the cup and the panini I ordered was smooshed so hard that I had to peak the paper away from the bread a cheese safe to say I just threw it all away wasted money won’t be back that’s for sure whoever owns this place needs to get the staff on...
Read moreStopped by on our way out of town and there was a very long line inside which is to be expected on a Sunday morning especially with no drive thru. The problem wasn’t the wait, the fact there were no grand cups or venti lids, or the lack of cleanliness. The problem was the way the manager treated some of her staff, specific the youngest employee who was on his own to prepare all the food people had ordered while the manager (the rude woman in the glasses and red apron) barked orders at him, expecting him to remember a ridiculous amount of food being ordered, constantly backtracking because she didn’t give him the right orders. The line was backed up because there was no team effort or concert for the customers. The girl with the nose ring was at the espresso station, periodically pulling her phone out to check messages while dozens of people waited. A young man with a backwards hat and bomber jacket, not in uniform, stood close by her to flirt but not help, occasionally barking orders at the young man the manager was already embarrassing, but did not make one single attempt to help him or speed the process along. In fact, there were no processes or systems. There was a young lady with pink hair who stood by the Frappuccino station with her arms folded, never so much as offering to pass out a blueberry muffin. The way the staff behaved was clearly a side effect from the manager who has infected what could be a potentially cozy and thriving Starbucks. Here’s hoping someone comes in, not only to fix the broken systems and replace the pathetic excuse for a manager, but also to stop the bullying. Hope that kid finds a different job and learns that work culture doesn’t have...
Read moreThis place was a hot mess. I was told they didn’t have a card reader so I had to scan my app and then pay separately with my card, I didn’t get my star points which is whatever. What really bothered me was that I ordered a vanilla sweet cream cold brew without the vanilla syrup what I got was cold brew with heavy cream which I paid six dollars for. I watched and girl that made my drink take the heavy cream my of the fridge and pour it into the cup. That isn’t how you make a sweet cream cold brew and when I asked her if she used sweet cream she looked at me and said yes. I know I could have pushed it, but I chose not to because I was in a rush and had my four children with me. My point is, that if a customer orders something and you don’t know how to make it look it up or if you don’t have the ingredients communicate that to the customer and give them the option to order something else if they choose. Not everyone will be a former Starbucks employee who knows that what you did was incorrect, I am a former Starbucks employee and I did know that my drink was made incorrect. I’ll give the benefit of the doubt and assume that this girl didn’t know what she was doing. This store seems to need some direction in...
