The waitress Stevie G. Was rude she didn’t greet an smile An this the 3rd time I been in Applebee’s an she took my order An was my bar tender An made us wait forever before we got food...All the other times she was rude she didn’t speak or make eye contact slammed my receipt down on the bar this time dont smile or say thank u An didn’t bring us our food on time or serve us our drinks it took her a long time we sit there for 10 minutes before we got our drinks tonight An the restaurant wasn’t busy we wasn’t greeted... I didn’t know she took the person that was with me order already because she never ask me did I want anything I had to call her name alot of times to get her attention to get my food she ignored me the bar wasn’t busy though...She come An took my order it took a long time to get my food An when I got my food it was hard An burnt I ordered mozzarella sticks...She always act like she had a attitude an rude when I go in there this the 3rd time she had a attitude it was worse this time when she didn’t give me my receipt slammed it down on the counter didn’t give my food to me she just throwed it on the bar... after I paid she printed out 4 receipts An throwed all them on the bar with my debit card...she didn’t give me a pen to sign the receipt she gave the person with me the pen but laid it down but didn’t give me the pen so I just took my receipt and walked out I’m a regular customer don’t know what it is but I’m not happy with the way I’m treated everytime I go in Applebee’s when Stevie is working she is rude An make me wait forever an The way she throwed my receipt An food down my card an didnt give me a pen to sign An took forever an it wouldn’t busy something need to be done about her I should be treated with more respect...An the manager is rude to everytime we go in there don’t know her name but she the same lady that acted like she didn’t wanna replace my food 1 nite I went to the bar an it was cold she don’t be out there with the employees to see what’s going on she rude to...But something Need to be done about Stevie G next time I go back I don’t want her being my waitress or bartender the experience at Applebee’s been bad the past couple of times I been there especially...

I went last night for an enjoyable evening by myself after a hard day. Decided at last minute to get a steak. My waitress, Makenzie, was GREAT! Learned she's pregnant w 1st child! I explained how I wanted my steak to be pink inside, not cooked and not red. She said I will relay your preference. My steak comes and there's not a spec of pink! I showed her and she wasn't happy about it either and went and told the cook (no chef there!). Mgr also involved. So another girl brings my steak and I said "Hang on! Let me check this one!" I cut into and I could tell it was tougher and a thinner piece that last one! Sure enough cooked all the way! In meantime the guy who brought me 1st meal, I had asked for some butter for my broccoli. He said he'd get it. I waited at least 5 mins and I see him walking around. I said "where's my butter'? He says "she will be bringing it out'. Who she was, I didn't know? Nothing's happening and still waiting for 2nd steak btw. I see the woman Mgr and said I'm still waiting for butter but now my broccoli is cold! She said I'll get you a new hot one. Ok by me! So after the 2nd steak came she also came by and I said this is crazy! I shouldn't paying for either steak!! Not cooked how I asked!! She said she would not charge me for 1st steak and only half for 2nd, plus no charge on broccoli. I said fine. Well the bill comes, I'm being charged for broccoli but didn't want to go there. Makenzie took my bill w payment and changed it to delete the broccoli on her own as she heard the Mgr tell me what she did! So the poor girl was also bullied by the cook and the mgr saying bc she's pregnant she's the problem here! I'm like let me at that cook!!!! Oh I wasn't happy! Obviously cook can't take criticism! I told mgr cook should be fired in my opinion!! She tried telling me next time to order my steak more rare as it cooks on the plate!!!!! OMG! I said No!!! That's the cooks job to know about that and adjust cooking time accordingly!!!! That's NOT MY JOB!!! NEVER EVER going...
