Arby's — Restaurant in Gaffney

Every time I go to this location there's an issue when the white girl with the long black hair tattoos all over her every time she's there there's an issue. That girl is the rudest person ever and should not be nowhere working no customer service. She always messes up my order and I eat at Arby's every single day. I don't get a attitude with her or anything she be nasty she was slammed the window in your face you can hear her talking about others to others. I have reported her before because of the rudeness like if you tell her one thing she would do the opposite. It seems like nothing is being done about it. So now it's time for me to make a review so maybe higher authority to see what is going on in the Gaffney store. I am one of the sweetest person you would meet but I hated every time I will go to Arby's now and she's at work because she always messes up my water and then wants to get an attitude with me. Also I purchase curly fries and the two fish and Cheddar's the bread was old tasty old, my fish sandwiches were overcooked and they did not have no cheddar on them and I had asked for fish and cheddar only. The cook that was there at the time had too much facial hair and an angry glare. The rest of the staff seemed extremely friendly but didn't look very professional. The cashier at the time, whom was recently promoted to management according to the general manager, didn't have her shirt tucked in and her pants were sagging so clearly she didn't have her belt on, which is part of their uniform. The guy who appeared to be a fry cook was picking up trash in the dining room and went right back to his station without washing his hands. Even the general manager had on a camouflage ball cap and sunglasses on his head. Along with those things, the dining room was filthy. There was food and trash on most tables, the condiment bar, trash receptacles, and in the floor. Also, it looked as if the floor hadn't been mopped in quite a long time. The ones you interact with were very friendly but that place was a hot mess and they should be ashamed of themselves for allowing that place to be so filthy. If the front looked that bad, I can only imagine how bad...

Boy what a big disappointment the last time there my wife and I went there one evening came to the counter place an order for a big roast beef and a beef and cheddar meal combination we made a specific request that the roast beef on both sandwiches be sliced super thin basically shaved the register attendant said she would put the order in as requested but never said anything to anyone in the back about the special requests just put the order in as usual I paid waited for my order never once heard the sliver be used order was brought out took it to the table the meat was just off the pre sliced pile took the order back demanded a refund because it wasn't the way I ordered it the cashier was too damn lazy or something to put the order in I won't be back PS I never send food orders back especially if you can't see the kitchen or prep area because you never know what some vingeful employee may do to your order keep that in mind when they are...
