Would rate zero stars if possible. This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had at any restaurant. The day shift manager, who attempted to take our order, seemed to be on drugs. He wouldn't stand still long enough to listen to our order so he got extremely confused. Another thing I found strange was he never attempted to write anything down so that he could actually get the order right from the drive thru window. He would ask something then walk away before I could give a complete answer only to return to ask the exact same thing and walk away again before getting the full answer. He asked what meat for the first sandwich so I replied turkey, ham and roa... then he was gone. He then told us to pull up because the order was too complex. We ordered a ham and cheese with nothing but mayo, 2 Mediterraneans with no special instructions and a turkey, ham and roast beef with everything except jalapeno.... The problem was not the order- the problem was the manager's obvious inability to function in a work environment at that moment and/or stand still long enough to correctly take an order. After an extremely long ordeal of trying to explain that we wanted 4 sandwhiches and 4 drinks I finally said "I think we'll go somewhere else" he replied "ok, thank you." Read moreLiterally THE WORST PLACE!! Manager/Owner is very rude to not only employees but customers as well. She yells and talks over them.. talks bad about the customer and employee to their face. They do not accept any coupons from the app and will yell and talk over you not giving you a chance to speak. I ordered on the app and when I picked my sandwich up it was the wrong sandwich, I drove back up there and she fussed at me because it was wrong like it was my fault! Then proceeded to yell over the employees and other customers in line telling the worker what I wanted on my sandwich, she absolutely would not let me tell him. Then gave me back the wrong sandwich and proceeded to tell me I could have it anyway because it was better than what I ordered. No, thank you!!! The other 2 employees argue and fight with each other in front of customers. This place is a mess and the people here do not need to work in customer service or the food industry. We waited and waited and waited, no one came. There was only one car in the parking lot. We decided we would try to go inside to see if someone could wait on us, so we drove around the building and I went into the front door. There was a little old man standing at the line looking like he was waiting on someone to order a sandwich so I went up to him and requested a dozen cookies. He walked over to the cookie tray and started pulling out a dozen cookies he wrapped them up with cellophane paper. Then he stood there at the cash register like he didn't know what to do next. In the store, I could hear another employee talking on their cell phone on a personal phone call so he had to go and get that person to ring up the cookies.
