Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Gaffney

My sister went for the drive-through and ordered me soft tacos and this was a small amount of meat on it. Literally a pinch barely any lettuce. When she went in to get it fixed, the man in the line was extremely rude to her. It was an African American young man she did not get his name. She called ahead and asked if it was possible to get the order remade and asked what the easiest way to do it for them would be. The very nice lady at the register said just get in line inside and say who you are and they’ll make it. The man at the ordering area was an absolute jerk to my little sister. He yelled at her to get out of line and go to the register if the order was wrong and to not waste his time. The very nice lady at the register said to make the order. When my sister said thank you sorry about this. Can I please get three soft tacos? He said wait a damn minute I can’t deal with this all at once. He was not making another order or speaking to anyone else. He yelled at her to speak and repeat her self several times mockingly. When my sister asked for the meat she wanted he said we’re out. She pointed at the tub in the area that had the meat he said oops mockingly to her. By the time she made it to the front where the register was she was full blown sobbing. And the nice lady at the register tried to ask what was wrong but my sister couldn’t speak and left with our food. We will NEVER come back. After spending almost $75 on food it was the worst experience in the world. I will be contacting corporate. That man terrorized a young girl because he was stressed. I totally get it’s busy and it just opened. It’s very stressful. But common decency says don’t take it out on...

I just had a very bad experience with a young man who works there. We got food through online drive thru, got home and there was no meat on the tacos so I called and I talked to the sweetest woman- Pam. She told me to come inside and they will gladly fix it. Well. The young man at the front of the assembly line-I didn’t get his name but he is a young black gentleman. He was so mean to me. So mean. He was telling me what to do, he was mocking me, he was getting very angry at me. I’m not a Karen I’m a very nice young woman, I work in service so I know how hard it is so I was so kind to them- I even apologized to him because I don’t know what I did to make him so angry. I tried telling sweet Pam about him but when she asked what he said I was in tears and my face was red and I was too overwhelmed to tell her after I had been so embarrassed infront of everyone. Everyone else I interacted with was so kind. Despite the dirty environment and the lack of food, I felt good at first until that young man was so mean to me. Other customers asked if I was okay and said he shouldn’t speak to anyone that way. We spent $60 on food that took me two trips and two hours to get, and a whole lot of tears. No one has ever spoken to me that way. Much less someone serving me that I was being thankful and kind too. This young man is not ready to work with people. I’m not the one to write reviews but, this place is so awful that I have to write one. First time we went, they was putting such little scoops of everything in mine and my boyfriends burrito bowls, we had to keep asking for extra to make it a full scoop. The service was absolutely terrible. Majority of everyone was rude and kept sighing after I would ask for a little extra. secondly, whenever I went up there just a little bit ago and was getting burrito bowls for me and my boyfriend, the girl that was making my bowl put a tiny little scoop of guacamole on mine, then I asked her for extra and when it was time to ring out, they charged me for a double scoop when all of the guacamole came out to one full scoop. I will NOT be returning. Absolutely terrible . Spartanburg chipotle on east main is WAY better than Gaffney. DONT go here!! 10/10 do NOT recommend...
