Boy do I have a review of two instances: 1) 2āļøāļøHave no idea what happened when I visited this location the other day. Made an online order and ran a few errands so they would have time to make the order. About one hour later I pull around and see there isn't really anyone in the drive thru, just one car that was pulled ahead already waiting on their order. I let them know I'm picking up my online order and they tell me to pull out into the parking lot and they'll bring it to me. I was confused as I placed this order AN HOUR AGO! It was literally a 3 piece meal and a side! A few cars were behind me maybe like 3 or 4. 15 EXTRA MINUTES LATER, THOSE cars got their order and been gone, someone pulled up next to me to get their food inside, they got their food and left and even the people who was pulled up waiting on their order was leaving. Like did these people forget about me!? This order was supposed to be BEEN ready! This order was made before these people were there most likely. I had to go in there myself and get my order, like what was ya'll doing?! Luckily, I had extra time on hand and was not in a time crunch. No attitude problems overall (foreshadowing)

  1. 1 āļø I don't know WHO that was I met up at the drive thru before, but it seems I'm not the only one who met this specific person last year. This woman had the nastiest attitude EVER. Popeyes usually can do separate orders but the three times in a row I went over there at that time, anytime I asked for a separate order she would go, "We/I don't do second orders at MY drive thru". Gave me an attitude when I asked for a receipt and the third time this was infront of someone else, I said it just to show them what happened, and when it happened, I drove off, and we went to KFC instead, cheaper and they don't give you a bad attitude. You're not getting my business if you have a nasty attitude like that. Their prices went up and I'm not paying $20 for a two piece with an extra side. Ridiculous. After that I avoided them. I had one time ordered a chicken sandwich and the same woman gave me my food (someone else was at the mic). I went somewhere else because it made me feel like she tampered with my food. Ever since that I rarely go to Popeyes anymore. I hope she finds Jesus, because I understand people go through rough patches, but if you can't contain your attitude or anger when you're working around people, you need to take a break away from them. I pray that she finds peace.

Now, they have different people there, and I no longer saw her at the location anymore, the very few times I go there, I have the nicest CS there, and the food is hot. The prices are still ridiculous, but overall is better, except for my recent first instance. Still don't plan to visit any time soon. That other woman killed my business with them. 3 stars...

Worst customer service ever! I placed an online order to pick up. Easy, right? Nope. My receipt read that I can pick up my order in store or the drive thru which is convenient for me because I have a leg injury that requires me to walk with assistance. so I pulled up to the drive-through and told them that I had a mobile order which I’m picking up. Keke, the window worker told me that I had to pick my order up in store. I explained to her that I have a leg injury which is why I need pick up in drive thru plus it states on the app receipt that i can pick my order up through the Drive thru. There were no cars behind me or in line. They were not busy as they usually aren’t. (I see why they rarely have a line of customers) Keke insists that I still have to pick it up in the store regardless of my disability. I then asked if she could cancel it and i just pay with cash at the window. Again, There are no cars in line. Im not holding anyone up. She smirks and rudely says, ā€œOh, you gon’ have to drive back around and place itā€. Like what?!?! I asked for the district manager’s name. She saidā€we dont have one, complain onlineā€ Then i told them to cancel my order. I want a refund because now Im scared to eat anything from this establishment due to fear of retaliation food tampering. She escalated the situation for absolutely nothing! Is Popeyes blatantly discriminating against Disabled customers? Because she thought it was funny. Again, thank you for saving my money because I will no longer be patronizing your establishment/company.

Also, they didnt cancel or refund my online order. I had to contact customer service. So now I will be looking into an attorney for discrimination and filing a formal complaint...

Where to Begin.... we sat in the drive thru for 24 minutes before being able to place our order. I noticed they weren't taking the order of the car at the speaker until being finished with the one at the window. Once we were able to order, we were told they were out of cole slaw. We picked another side instead. After we finished saying our order, we were informed that the card reader didn't work so if we didn't have cash, we would have to go in to place our order. We had a fifty dollar bill, but there's a sign posted that they don't accept anything greater than a twenty. We got to the window, and were able to use the fifty, and recieved our food. Before pulling out of the parking lot, we noticed our replaced side was missing. We had to go in and wait again for our food. 45 minutes in a drive thru to get our food, and still had to go inside. Once we made it home to eat, we noticed we recieved two classic sandwiches instead of one spicy, one classic. The fries were greasy, and the macaroni was bland. Mashed potatoes and gravy were awful. They tasted like instant potatoes with canned gravy. The sandwich was alright as were the tenders. The biscuit was the highlight of the meal. Not even close to being worth the wait. We stopped eating here before because of the awful taste, but thought maybe something changed with the hype of the new sandwich. WRONG! Stay away. Parking lot was dirty, and service left a lot to be desired. Will...

First time trying the new Chicken Sandwich, (more below). Fast Friendly Staff. Clean restaurant, plenty of parking and easy access back to onto the interstate. Of course you can wait in a dangerous line across the street for the great taste you are expecting or come over here, get more food, save money and time. Don't expect to get the same taste, because it's not. This is a great choice for a different taste and a variety of different sides. All this and during a Pandemic. Give it a try and an honest review. Soft bun, big, thick yet juicy chicken with a breading crust that is classic to Popeye's recipe. Plus nicely sized and dill flavored pickles šŸ„’ with a sauce to bring it home. You won't find any pictures from me because I got it to go and it was gone when I got where I was going. It was Amazing 🤯. Flavorful and not spicy. The šŸ”„šŸ” spicy one will be on the next trip. So if you have read this far you really owe it to yourself to give it a try before the lines get longer. It will be giving the neighbors a šŸ‘£run for the šŸ’ø.
