Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Gaffney

I moved to Gaffney S.C. Around 4 years ago and back where I came from in Columbus Ohio there was no Chic-fa-la around my house but while listening to the news chic fa la was closed on Sunday and some on the left was kinda laying it mean to C.F.L. So one day I decid d to frequent the restaurant and what a experience I had...my first experience at Chic Fa Le was in my opinion a 100% perfect dining experience...I've always got my meals to go but I can yet the people working there were outright OUTSTANDING people...I've NEVER experienced such gratitude over stopping in to eat there..that was about 3 yrs ago...needless to say I've been back there for my meals at least 6 times since then...not only do they have absolutely the best tasting and quality food the service is ridiculously BEST service over any other fast food restaurants I've been to in 53 years but the best in the US...people I talk to about your company thinks that I've been bribed so to speak but on my hand to God I speak the truth WITHOUT any pressure from anybody else...everytime I order I order the grilled chicken with cheese, tomato, and mayo that I have to get on the condiments bar which is ok but the food is marvellous...and only ONCE have they messed up my order and they broke their back wanting to make it right and I said that's not necessary..to sum it up I will NEVER frequent another chicken restaurant again...I may not agree with the Sunday closing but they have my utmost respect for the decision to close..thank you chic fa Le for such great service an ESPECIALLY the best food available.....Dale A. Not a good experience . Most chick fil a locations are friendly and helpful. I was at this location around 12:30 on 3/11/2020 . I stood in the mobile pick up line for about 8 minutes or so . No one acknowledged me they walked all around me as I stood there waiting to pick up an order for a customer . Another customer walked up behind me didn’t even stand there a minute and the elderly female of European decadent on duty that was back and forth past me going to the dining room the same one that walked circles around me asked the tall behind me if she could help him . He pointed at me saying I was there first she still didn’t bother to help or acknowledge me as she reached for his cup to refill it. As she filled his cup the manager on duty walks up and looks over me to the same guy behind me and ask if he could help him. The guy was waiting on his refill and he pointed to me again so the manager would help me . I told the manager I was picking up an order for a customer . Now I’m not sure what the issue was but I’ve never experienced any thing never ever in my life at a CHIC FIL A Like this . Almost all chick fil a’s are very consistent with being courteous and attentive to customers . I am not sure what they were judging but please don’t judge and it was...

UPDATED JULY 20TH 2022 The service here continues to get worse and they can not use the excuse of they're under staffed. The last two meals I've picked up from here their is always something missing from the bag. A few weeks back I ordered 2 #1 combos and the gave me everything and forgot to put one of the sandwiches in the bag! Yesterday I ordered the exact same thing but one combo had Mac and cheese as a side. I get home and the Mac and cheese is missing. Both times it was clearly written on the receipt. I guess I can take some of the blame since I didn't check the bag before I left but when there are 5 different standing in the window when you pull up you think they could read the receipt correctly.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST IF YOU'RE IN A HURRY. If you're looking for a fast breakfast option this is Not your place. The line tends to wrap around the building and out in the roadway before 8am. It takes forever to get your food and I have waited as long 25 minutes just to get a chicken biscuit combo I placed through a mobile order.
