I placed an order for delivery from the website at around 9:30pm. I added a 25% tip because it was Friday night and the Domino staff would be busy. The tracker showed an estimated delivery time of 10:05. My wife always stands on the road in front of our house and waits for the driver. Tonight, my wife stood on the side of the road a little before the estimated time and waited. It was Friday, so she wanted to reduce the burden on the driver. I was holding my dog and standing at front door to watching my wife safe. It was 10:15pm and still hadn't arrived, so I checked the tracker and it said it had been delivered. We thought maybe a driver delivered wrong address. When my wife called the store. A woman was told, "The driver is on the way now and will arrive soon." We stood in front of the house and waited. It was past 10:45pm and still hadn't arrived. We had no choice but to write a review on the website saying, "It's taking so long. It says it's been delivered, but it hasn't arrived yet. I want a refund." and sent it. After sending it, my wife called the store again, but it was difficult to get through. Thinking that they were busy, we gave up on the phone. But store called back us immediately. A woman said they read our review. However, as soon as we answered the phone, this woman became excited and continued to explain her case in a sharp tone. When my wife and I asked her to "listen to what we have to say," she firmly said, "I don't want to argue!" So we must continued to listen to her in silence. When she finished speaking, she said "OKAY?!" and hung up the phone quickly so that we wouldn't have to say anything. We were just surprised and disappointed. We are repeat customers who have ordered many times. Almost every time, we stand in front of our house to reduce the burden on the delivery driver, and we try to add a larger tip. We called store again for only we would like to know our pizza will coming or not?. The same woman answered the phone. This time, we were able to tell her that the driver had not arrived yet and the pizza had not been delivered. However, she say nothing to us, just sound like she talking with someone in the store, and she return back to phone said in a commanding tone, "The driver has already delivered it! I knocked on the door but no one answered, I called but there was no response, so I left it on the porch! No refund! If you have a problem, call this number after 10am tomorrow and talk to the manager!" We told her this time, clearly, "That's strange. We stood on the road and on the porch and waited for almost an hour. And there is no record of the incoming call on my phone." Then she hung up without saying anything. We are the customers. We have no right to be commanded. We are not obligated to call tomorrow morning. We emailed the customer service of the website about this matter. And since it was treated so badly, we decided to write a review here. More than 30 years and have ordered Domino's many times in various places. But that will be the end. I've been ordering from Domino's for over 30 years without ever having a bad experience, but the aggressive woman who answered the phone today is the worst personality I've ever met in my life. Read moreI had an issue with dominos in 125 Walton Dr, Gaffney SC 29341. I called to place an order at 12:30- 30 minutes before close and was told carry out was not available and neither was delivery. We asked if they closed at 1 and the manager avoided our question and stated that they had just begun cleaning. After confirming that they were still open through multiple sites we placed an order for delivery on the dominos app. It was confirmed on the app that Brittany was starting to make our order, I then received a call from dominos stating that they in fact could not make my delivery. After calling dominos and speaking to the manager, Justin, we were told that the order could not be completed because one of the drivers had been in an accident during their delivery route and had a flat tire. We then drove to the store to speak to the manager about his lack of professionalism and how poorly he handled the situation (offering no apology, sincerity or any form of costumer service that is deserving to represent dominos, or any brand for that matter) and both of the store doors were locked 5 minutes before close with the open sign on. We then drove past dominos again on the way home from taking our business elsewhere and their open sign was still on 15 minutes past close.

Read moreSince Dominos changed it's pizza I have been a big fan. I have been ordering from this location on average once to twice a month. In the past few years the only problem was them forgetting a item. But, the last three orders from them have gotten progressively worse. The first bad order one of the pizzas had some sort of hot sauce on it, although hot sauce was not ordered as a topping. We let it slide. The second bad order had two pizzas with some kind of hot spices on it. And, it isn't as though I am sensitive to spice, as I use cayenne pepper based sauces, ginger, wasabi, and horseradish regularly at home. We let the second bad order slide, hoping these were flukes. But, the last time we ordered two thin crust pizzas, and an order of marbled cookie brownie. All three items were burned. So, this time we could not enjoy anything that we ordered. The Domino's app asks if the cook had prepared everything correctly so I rated .them one star, and gave them the same review as above. It's been two weeks, and I would have thought the manager of this location would have read and been concerned about receiving a bad review, and contacted me to see if they could make it right. Or, just assure me that I could trust ordering from them again. But, considering all of the other one star reviews here, it appears customer satisfaction is not a concern to them.
