I have been a long standing customer to domino's pizza and as of today I'll have to find a different location to deal with. I have had 2 situations with my food in the last 2 weeks where it's coming out burnt. The first time I spoke with there GM Ashley I felt some kind of way because of her cheerful yet [Condescending] TONE made me feel so disrespected 😔 The 2nd time I had a issue after calling to make sure my order was correct I decided to call corporate instead and make a complaint. Because I did not want to be targeted or looked at as if I was just complaining and unsatisfiable. After doing the complaint with their corporate, I received a call again from the general manager Ashley. And again, she made me feel very horrible and also embarrassed about complaining for something that was done to me. She also explained to me that the third time that I would call for a complaint that I would be blocked out as a customer from Domino's and that I should not ask for my food to be well done. Because being that they are a high volume, store their ovens or cut up higher. And it's probably the reason why my food is being burned. This is unfair and I have a long history with domino's and this is the first 2 complaints I've ever had But I refuse to be treated this way and Thanks General Manager Ashley for making me feel punished for standing up for myself we live in a world where things are over expensive and money is hard to obtain especially when you have kids I can't afford to just throw our money away we barely can afford to eat out but try to keep our kids Happy but you be blessed and I hope you learn to be Genuine, and not condescending with your tone. You never know what a person is going through. I'll find another Domino's to shop at so I'm not punished or judged because of my experience and...
Read moreI ordered pizza through the website along with free breadsticks. The order was taking a while I checked the website 30 minutes later and it stated it was still in the prep phase. Due to the storm I figured they may have been closed so I tried calling and I didn’t get anyone on the phone. 10 minutes after I tried looking at the site yet again in the prep phase. I tried calling again no response so I moved on to purchase food from another restaurant and figured I would call Dominos the following day to get a refund. I ate my food from another restaurant and I got a text stating my food had been delivered. So of course I tried calling again finally after 20 minutes on hold someone answered, I explained the situation and asked for a refund they placed me on hold someone named Michael answered same situation placed me on hold and then hung up. I called again Michael answered and stated the manager told him he wouldn’t be able to issue the refund. I asked to speak to the manager (Dave) directly he stated I was just trying to receive free food and I explained I already ate and tried to reach out to cancel the order I said if they needed the food back someone could come get it. He stated no one is coming to pick up my order if I wanted a refund to come in and receive it with the nastiest attitude and promptly hung up the phone in the middle of me speaking. So I went up to Dominos to get my refund and of course Dave didn’t say what he stated over the phone he stayed in his corner . A nice lady name Lena helped me...
Read moreIt's good, hot and fast. Customer service is great, in my experience. The only issue I've had is that some people, (my son in particular) prefer a sauce that's less sweet. He's seven, and this is unusual for a child. I did have a taste, once and noticed that the sauce used on the kid's pizza was noticeably sweeter, so this may be as an appeal to children's taste preferences. At that same location, the $6 carryout special pizzas (which are ready when you arrive, without calling) also had the same sweeter sauce, according to others in our party, although a veggie we specifically ordered did not. Maybe they ran low on the standard sauce, and decided to use the sweeter "kid" sauce on the deal pizzas?? Maybe it's a cheaper sauce, idk.
Oh, as for the guy who complained the crust tastes differently here, you might try brick oven style pizza, or a homestyle deepdish, ::cough::Leonardos::cough:: If style isn't the issue, then it's likely because of a difference in the water from your home country. I've experienced this in other places and even traveling as close to home as Key West. At the beginning of each season when we arrived, I could not even eat at McDonald's lol, (but, really - who can... or should??). If you experience this, especially with baked goods, don't worry - your taste will become accustomed and you won't even notice after awhile, if you continue to try prepared foods. Otherwise - Hey, it's Florida! Long growing season and lots of fresh foods available. Especially yummy on...
