Previously when I had reviewed Frosty Fox in Oviedo, I compared it offhandedly to one of my favorite Boba tea stores in Gainesville - and this is it. Tea Stori provides a wide selection of teas and slushes, all of which are made to order. This includes milk teas and fruit teas, along with an assortment of add-ins including of course Boba balls, juice poppers, and jellies. There is guaranteed to be something for everyone's palate. My favorite is Vietnamese iced coffee with cream cheese foam - a nice mix of sweet, salty, and creamy.

In addition to the teas, they also serve Mochi ice cream and a large variety of French macarons which I'm quite partial to. Some flavors (among many others) include tiramisu, Earl Grey, birthday cake, and Oreo. There are also a number of merchandise options available, such as hats and phone cases. All of these are available through the electronic ordering kiosk, which is mercifully easy and intuitive to use, though the staff are also incredibly helpful in providing assistance.

The atmosphere tends to vary depending on when you go. The music tends to cycle between K-Pop and ambient/chill; not your typical pop/rock background music as seen at other stores. The busyness also varies, and from my experience, it tends to be busiest during Saturday or Sunday in the early afternoon. However, the line moves along pretty fast, and there are plenty of places for seating, whether it's to relax, study, or socialize.

This place is excellent. The fact that they survived the pandemic especially deserves kudos, during a time where so many small businesses were trampled and destroyed. I continue to hope this will remain a mainstay of Gainesville. Like other residents who used to study here, I'm becoming rather wistful at the continuous sight of business closures, so I will continue to support these folks as much as possible. And if you have a taste for tea, I encourage you - be you resident or visitor - to...

I was hellaaaa intimidated before I visited this place, since I've never had boba before and there looked like there was a ton of options for the liquid and boba pieces online.

First of all, this place is so stinking cute. The outside is beautifully decorated and is super inviting. The outdoor/indoor seating is closed due to COVID, or else I would have loved to sip my drink on their cute little patio.

You order via a kiosk, which I didn't like because it did not have all of the options that are actually available and we needed time to browse everything on the menu so we held up the line behind us... I ended up picking the strawberry dream snow with strawberry popping boba in the regular size. I wish I would've gotten the XL size because it was that good. My fiance got the strawberry rose milk tea with regular boba. His milk tea tasted like floral bath water (sorry to milk tea lovers...) but the boba itself was good and not super flavorful, but very chewy. He's going to go with a slush next time. I wish we could have ordered at the counter so we could ask staff what they recommend for first time customers. They do have a top 10 menu on the kiosk, but none looked like safe, beginner-friendly drinks.

We also got two mochi ice creams to try. I'm glad I checked their actual case because they had a birthday cake flavor that was not available via the kiosk. The staff was really nice and let me switch my original flavor out. The vanilla chip mochi was also bomb. 10/10, we would get these again.

We purchased two of their reusable XL cups as well since it came with a metal straw all for $10 and we didn't want to use the paper boba straws. We had a blast and cannot wait to come back to try more flavors!! They also sell super cute shirts, masks, plant pots, and other things...

Lollicup at least 3 years ago, now Teastori, is still the best! Owner is great, staff is kind, great place to hang out!! I've been going here for over a decade and love it because it's still a tasty and great place to be. 3 years ago when I wrote this, I was craving their Vietnamese iced coffee but I was pregnant so I was avoiding caffeine. One of the staff recommended I do something different to my Taro Milk Tea to change things up a bit, I think I got the Lavender Lemonade and it was so good! Today I walk in with my now 3 year old sleeping on my shoulder. I order my drinks and carefully walked out, successfully deposited sleeping toddler into car seat but I failed after I slammed my door. One of my beautifully crafted drinks (Oreo Cookies and Cream) fell off my car and crash landed on the concrete. I whine in agony at one of the staff and they gladly made me another drink. I'm so sorry I ruined your first work of art Baby John. The second one I have devoured it before having a chance at it getting ruined again. I know the pandemic has been tough and but Teastori just has their boss and crew so tight that they seem to be doing all right and promoting safe guidelines and selling really cute masks. I've seen school children wear their masks and they are part of the reason keeping everyone safe...

Homey, garden-esque bubble tea store that offers much more than just tea! Ambience: cute, inviting, packed - I'm assuming that this place is packed quite often as they have so much to offer in their seating as well as good selection other than just drinks. First things you'll think of just by seeing the outside: green and cute. Might not be a good place to study but great place to hang out with friends! Seating: there's seating outside (just a little table with a couple of chairs, benches, etc.) and inside (whole wall dedicated to tables) Menu: traditional teas all the way to new and exciting teas! They also offer pieces of mochi in their little freezer area before the counter as well as macarons, cakes, ice cream, etc. Pricing: I only had the chance to buy their Split Tea which costs around $7-8 with tax and tip. Not necessarily bad for two different flavors! Miscellaneous: before you go in line to buy your tea, there's a section in front of the shop that sells a lot Studio Ghibli merch as well as a lot of LINE friends! They also pottery and succulents as little gifts!
