Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Gainesville

I gotta say, I love the Mediterranean veggie sandwich - better than Panera's! As for the pizza, I don't think any of these chains has really great pizza, but it'll do in a pinch. These people are fast and the coupons are good, and that's what I need when I'm hungry at the last minute.

Wait! I just opened my cinnasticks and found they left out the icing. I called and suggested I only live a few blocks away and maybe if one of their drivers is running around he could drop off an icing. They offered, "how about we make you a new cinnasticks and drop it off with two icings?" Wow!

Compare that to Hungry Howie's! I ordered online a spaghetti with mushrooms. They sent me, a vegetarian, spaghetti with meatballs! They made my salad with hot pepperoncinis instead of the banana peppers I ordered, and forgot the pineapple on my pizza! When I called, they said tough luck! Not just the employee, the manager when I brought back in the food, and the owner when I commented through their website! Needless to say, that was the last time I ordered Hungry Howie's! Used to be my favorite place to order from. But after today I think they lost my service! Orderd pizza before i had to get ready for work. Was told 30 min it would be delivered. (I only live 8 min. From there but I was busy with something) so a hour goes by and nothing.... I call and the lady on the phone didnt really want to help and just kept saying they where behind. Well I was offerd a free drink or something else. Then I just asked if I could pick it up and they said it was fine. It was sitting in the shelf done already when I called. Well I sent my brother and he asked if we could get a soda or something and they said no. And said the delivery charge which I already paid for over the phone when I orderd was nothing they could do. Not the best location. I order from this location all of the time because it is the closest, but almost every time I choose delivery, it’s always sitting in the ‘quality check’ bar in my tracker. This means that they don’t have enough drivers at the time and my pizza is just sitting there. It usually sits there for 20+ minutes before someone is actually on the way, most of the time resulting in cold/not hot pizza. They also routinely forget my sauces so I always have to remind them, which sucks especially if you’re ordering delivery. Would definitely recommend the location on University Ave instead of this one

Also I just ordered right now and delivery time says 23 mins, I waited 22 minutes watching the tracker continue saying ‘quality check’ so I called and apparently there’s only one driver and the delivery time is 1-1.5 hours according to the girl I spoke to. This location really needs...
