I usually love this place, however, something must have happened with their cleaning and food handling standards. On 3/29/29 at approximately 7:25 I picked up tons of food. Multiple ppl ate. But, ONLY individuals (3 out of 6} that had the Lo Mein became horribly sick with food poisoning. Our Easter weekend is ruined, and we had to buy about $50 of Gatorade and Pedialyte that otherwise we would never need. I called and updated them on 3/30, they apologized and said to come back for a refund. However, I'd appreciate reimbursement for the whole weekend lost, events that cost us money we can't get back, groceries that if it wasn't for their mishandling of food we would not need, and cost of laundry for all the items full of vomit that had to be cleaned. (Kids were effected that can't vomit in a bowl.) I know I am reaching, but also using this to let out some frustration out, because of their unprofessional and lazy maintenance and care of food handling our entire family has been miserable all weekend. I will never eat there again and I'll make sure to warn everyone. Save your money and health. I choose not to include...
Read moreThis was not only the worst Chinese food I've ever had in my life, but also generally the most terrible food I have ever purchased. I don't know why they have so many five star reviews. I got the hunan chicken, szechuan pork, mapo tofu, and the hot and sour soup. All of the vegetables were canned and mushy. The pork ,tofu, and chicken were allegedly three different dishes, yet had the exact same sauce. Not a Szechuan peppercorn in sight in either the Sichuan pork or the mapo tofu. The hot and sour soup just had a bunch of gross canned mushy vegetables thrown in. There were no actual chillies spicing the food, just a bunch of cayenne powder sprinkled on top. The 'pork fried rice' that came with the meals was yellow, did not have ANY pork in it, and it wasn't fried.
I literally could not finish my meal. I will never ever go back and tell others to...
Read moreI happened to receive a flyer on my door for Gator China. I had been agonizing for days over whether to call or not to order food, since my previous experiences with Chinese delivery food has been subpar. Usually chicken is overcooked, dumplings are too thick, etc. Anyway, called last night, asked a few questions about the menu and ordered. Still skeptical UNTIL I started to eat. The General Tso's chicken was the tastiest that I have had in forever, chicken was tender and they made it to my request (I wanted it as spicy as possible). I also ordered the fried jumbo shrimp and this also did not disappoint. I will definitely be ordering from Gator China...
