Wow!! My family and I shared the French toast sticks and they were terrific! My daughter had the eggs Benedict without the meat and cleaned her plate...she didn't even offer me a bite 😡 😂

Her bf had the "not breakfast" I think it's called and he loved every bite. He even had leftovers! I had ..and this is the BEST part. I had their Japanese pancakes. It came with a "cloud egg.". No idea what it was, I ordered it anyway.

I wish I would have taken a picture because it's one of the most visually stunning dishes I've ever seen. Pancakes on the bottom with the sauce underneath, topped with the egg, and surrounded by a heck of a lot of ham (you can also choose sausage). It was such a huge portion that we had a ton of leftovers!

Tried the pancakes first...they're savory, not sweet, with some sauce that made me want to just pull a snake move, unhinge my jaw, and shove it all in! So delicious! Then I tried the cloud egg. Never have I ever wanted to eat an egg so badly. The ham was clearly good quality and very tasty as well. It is the best brunch item I've ever had.

It's in a tiny building with limited indoor seating and some outdoor seating. By the time we left, there was a line out the door. Have a granola bar ready in case you have to wait, but...do wait. It's...

Edit: Though the name has changed it did not change how fantastic the food is! My husband and I went out of our way to eat here on our most recent trip to Gainesville. YUM! I wish we had been able to try more because the menu looks great and very carefully curated. Cooked to order and with FRESH ingredients.

Talk about excellent! Such a cute and quant little eatery. The food was amazing! I went with a party of 5 and we all had something different. Every single item we ordered was delicious!  My favorite was the Grits and Pork Belly dish, I could eat that every day of my life. Food was cooked to order and the ingredients were fresh. We all loved the chicken and waffles. The chicken was hand breaded and so crispy and juicy. We also had the French toast(plated so beautifully!), t.a.b.l.e. sando(perfect pairing), steak and eggs(seasoned to perfection). Most of us were from out of town, but we will definitely visit this restaurant next time we are in town!

Also, try the Ice cream!!! Sooooo good. Seriously!

I want to see this restaurant succeed, top notch...

I was there a few weeks ago for brunch with some friends. I will not give the owner my money again after this experience. The place was busy, but the servers/bussers were keeping all things moving and were on top of everything. After getting a table outside settled we took turns going inside to order. There were maybe 7 people line, which made this interaction even more surprising. The lady behind the counter (I would later realize was the owner) started screaming out of nowhere at one of the servers right in her face saying "Do you even want this job?? Well then stop with this attitude and just do what I tell you" The woman was holding back tears, and you could tell this was not the first time an interaction like this had happened. If you talk to your employees like this in front of a line of people waiting to spend money at your establishment, how do you treat them when no one is looking? The whole thing made me and my friend uncomfortable. The food is good, but after witnessing that anger, I don't want to put my money to someone treating their...

Came in for a quick morning indulgence. It is a nice, small, counter-service breakfast restaurant with great aesthetics. Staff is friendly and welcoming upon entry. I ordered the Smoked Salmon Toast. Tasted pretty great, with every ingredient having purpose and adding to the overall appeal. You are able to watch them make your breakfast if you wish through the open window pane with seating near the counter which is pretty cool. While the flavor is great, this place is NOT a value option. I walked out with the total & tip making me short $18+ for the single plate of toast. I was well aware of how it would affect my wallet before coming in, however, it just feels like, for the price, there should be more included. The counter-service aspect was surprising but understandable. It just felt odd to pay that much and have to fetch my own water and utensils, after tipping up front when ordering. Overall this is a great place if you desire the aesthetics, attention to detail, and convenience. Just be prepared to pay a premium for this experience.

This new restaurant is special - a refreshing take on brunch in Gainesville. From the food, to the service, to the atmosphere - it all came together to make for an effortlessly amazing experience. I tried the shakshuka dish with sourdough (pictured), which was well balanced in flavor and texture and left me wanting to try the rest of the menu. Let’s talk about that menu: minimal but so unique - proving less is more; it was clear each dish was well thought out with subtle influences from around the world. I walked in solo with a book in hand and tucked myself in the corner for a while. The ambiance was the perfect spot for this and I can’t wait to try the outdoor seating on my next visit. The open layout also added an interesting touch - transparency from chef to table. On top of everything, the service was great. I was greeted by friendly staff and the food was prepared promptly. I already know this will become a local staple!
