McDonald's — Restaurant in Gainesville

I have had multiple problems with this store but only at night. I have sat and waiting in the drivethrew with no service. I have even called the store and asked if they are open and the "shift/crew leader" seems surprised I am annouyed that I have to call to get service.. now my major complaint .tonight may 7th going into may 8th at 1245am. I pull up to a car in front of me waiting a truck waiting at second order lane after about 4mins the truck pulls away.. I back up pull into a space to see if they are open..they are. I pull back into drivethrew the lobby was locked..place my order.. wait again and when the shift leader takes my money asked do we need ketchup..I turn ask my wife if she does he has already shut the window and walked away..wft? why even ask. then he comes back hands me our bag I ask for my drink..his reply "well i didnt ring that up" shut the window and comes back confused as why im still there.. I said "I ordered a large ice" my thought is ..its not rocket science ring up a drink ..say sorry i didnt hear you order thats it..no instead he said well first off I didnt ring that up..I intrupe him and say well first off whats your name..he says my name..you need to leave now before i call the cops..really ..now thats not all the sandwich I order was undercooked (learn to press the right button for a chicken )the fries not salted-this is a regular thing there..and if you go around 2 forget it.. most mcdonalds from 2-4have half breakfast menu and full lunch this place will tell u no fries..and only certain menu items..They are lazy and rude employees.. they need to clean up...

The good? Food was decent, edible, but overcooked/old fries.

The bad- I ordered a spicy chicken, large coke, large fries.

I then ordered two 6 pc happy kids meals with 1 powerade and 1 sprite. Both, obviously should of been happy kid sized drinks.

When I received my food, I was missing the powerade for one of the happy kids meals.

The lady handing the food out says-"have a good night". I told her I'm missing a drink. And she said you have them. I asked, does a happy kids meal not come with a drink? She said the large coke was with one 🤦‍♂️

As if that makes sense to what I ordered. I told her the above, and Instead of correcting it and giving me a tiny kids meal cup, she goes- "I'll tell them to pay more attention next time" lol?

If you are on a time crunch and don't want California style service, I STRONGLY suggest picking one of the other fast food chains near town.

Now, I had to pull around and park with my kids in the car. Just to go in and get a drink that was already ordered because the service was too terrible too correct and obviously ridiculous mistake. As if it's the norm to order a large coke with a kids meal.

*NOTE- when I had to park and go inside to pay for the mistake they made. The lady on the inside told me no need, it...

UPDATE:

I know a good majority of locals have had lots of issues with the local Mc Donald’s including myself on several occasions. I went tonight with my family I was shocked! Yes I was give a wrong order but the Assistant Manager Ashley was great. I told them what was wrong and pulled to the window and she was calm and collective and corrected the situation! Also over corrected the situation. The food was hot and fresh from the very first order. Great Job Ashley!

I went to This Mc Donald’s at 845pm Christmas night sat in line forever than got to the order box and a kid/guy came over the intercom and said “ I’ll be right with you.” I waited and waited the line behind me backed up to the road and many people were leaving and it continued to back up. There was 1 car in the parking lot. Figuring it was taking awhile because there was only a couple people working I pulled to the window to see that no one was cooking the windows were locked everything clean. Signs in the window saying drive through was open till 12. I pulled around the parking lot again and saw a guy sitting in the one car in the parking lot. I left cane back a bit later and that one car was gone still with the line to the road. This was absolutely...
