I would give a zero if I could. I am at my wits end with this location. Me and my fellow âbuxersâ (as we like to call ourselves) kennedy, Brooklyn, mikenna, and annemieke single-handedly keep this location in business. We venture to the NW 13th and 16th location each day in hopes of enriching the lives of our own as well as each team member we come across (we love you paul). Today, we were met with one of the most unkind, unfriendly, uninviting, MEAN buxer, Taylor. The humiliation we endured in the EMPTY line was nothing we have ever experienced before. Unbeknownst to us, it was a crime to mobile order 2 minutes before pulling into the empty lot. We tend to mobile order in hopes of alleviating the stress and struggles of 4 separate orders, as we have the best interest of the employees at heart (paul). When we encroached on the order window we were met with intense attitude upon our arrival due to our last minute orders. Taylor told us to get out of line and park and wait 5 minutes to reenter the line or go inside. We end up venturing into your location to only find, to our surprise, our orders ready, sitting and mocking us. The horror on our faces when had realized what she had done. Warm Frappuccinoâs and melted refreshers are not our forte. We were extremely respectful inside of the establishment however I couldnât hold my anger in once I got back into my car. Thanks a lot Taylor. Please respond back to this review with paulâs...
Read moreService and staff is great here, all interactions have friendly and kind! But the parking lot is awful. Traffic spills out into 13th with people trying to turn from the median on 13th into the lot making it congested. Now there are orange cones that are there to direct traffic but only made the parking lot even more inaccessible. The second entrance behind the gas station that wraps around the Starbucks and normally leads you back into the parking lot but now spits you back onto 13th forcing all vehicles to get in line, drive thru or not, and gives no access to the parking lot, including handicap, unless you drive the wrong way. Without the cones people seemed to manage them selves fine. Absolutely poor planning and even worse âfixesâ
UPDATE thereâs now bollards blocking the back entrance lol not coming back here
UPDATE 2 bollards are gone but traffic control is still awful. Cars still backing out to 13th, orange cones back out in their drive thru. I counted 10+ parking spots that were blocked and non-accessible. Traffic control needs to be figured out. Massive gaps between cars making cars spill out, cars going diagonal across the lot so no traffic can go through. I had to pull a 3-point u-turn through the handicap spots so I was able to leave. There was no space to backup and no one making space. Maybe the parking lot should talk about unionizing and then maybe Starbucks will leap...
Read moreMy one star rating has nothing to do with the coffee but rather a horrible experience while waiting a ridiculous amount of time for my coffee. So there were two baristas running around like crazy while an employee from another store who had a barefoot friend with her I might add talking loudly and interrupting their work to have a little more of this and a bit more of that added to her drink while customers were waiting. She was very unprofessional behaving but made sure everyone in the store knew she was a partner. Suddenly a manager comes from the back, not to help her employees but to get the employee from the other store to take espresso and ice coffee to her store. Thinking manager should have handled that since she wasn't concerned about her store being busy with customers waiting. Employee from other store then asked the very busy baristas to watch her and her friends stuff at their table while they run to the other store since it would be inconvenient for them to pack up all their stuff. She was told by them they were too busy to watch her stuff but she could use a locker in the back. At which point she has a million loud questions about the lockers. Very disappointed that I had to waste about 20 minutes listening to this girl and watching the barista getting distracted by her. She needs an education on proper behavior and maturity and her friend really needs to put shoes on...
