Worst management that you can encounter. If this is how the management is, then think about how the rest of the store might be. Okay so I ordered a pizza from the Papa Johns App on my phone and apparently this location had some delivery personnel issues and they ended up delivering my order by utilizing Door Dash. When I placed the order I chose cash for my form of payment. A couple of minutes after, someone calls me from the store and tells me that I need to pay with a card because one delivery person went earlier to that same address and had some issues. I went ahead and paid with my card. So the delivery person arrived at a wrong location and sent me a text saying "here". I am out and do not see anybody. Then I received a call from Door Dash customer service telling me that they had the driver on the other line and that they were going to do a 3 way I guess so that we can try to find out each other. The delivery person or the Dasher (this is how they are called) did not even let me talk when she was already yelling and insulting me on the phone. While this was happening the Door Dash customer service was still on the phone and heard everything that the dasher said. The dasher finally found me and gave me the pizza and continue to yell and insult me. Okay so this is when the interesting part comes up: I called the store and I asked for the manager (Brandon) which said that I needed to contact Door Dash to file the complaint. I explained this manager that I did not place my order through Door Dash and that I had not done any business with Door Dash and that I did not need to contact a 3rd company that THEY decided to use. He said that was their process. I asked the manager for his last name and in a very disrespectful manner he said he was not going to give me his last name. He then starts talking about his delivery person been robed earlier which that of course was not my fault or even my problem ( I did not say that to him). All of the sudden the manager of this Papa Johns store started yelling and insulting me, saying that I was making him waste his time and again yelling. He even hung up the phone on me. Of course, I did call Corporate immediately and file a report which I plan to invest my time the same way I took to report it here and follow up. This is just an unacceptable behavior from someone that calls himself a manager. I am paying my money to receive a service and not this type of treatment. I do not want a refund from this issue but I just want this manager to learn to be one and give a lesson to him to try to respect other customers or resign from that job or sell the business if it belongs to him. The manager hung up the phone on me but he will not be able to shut down my voice...
Read moreMy roommate ordered pizza on the phone and the customer-service was beyond terrible. The employee who took the order was very rude and helpful. Our order was simple. But we heard her mutter “oh my god” in exasperation during the call as if we were being difficult or unreasonable. My roommate was very nice and understanding throughout the interaction despite it all. It was a bad enough experience to effect our mood. The next time we need pizza we’ll either go out of our way to a different Papa John’s or just find an alternative. Please do better.
Edited: Our order almost a full hour after we were told it would be delivered. It would’ve been fine to just have been told it would be a while of a wait but we made plans based on the estimate we were given and were disappointed and inconvenienced by the lack of...
Read moreThey made my pizza and never delivered it because it was out of their zone, even though it's the closest Papa Johns to my house ( 1.5 miles away ). So after an hour of waiting for my pizza, they refused to drive 5 min to deliver my Pizza because I "should have" ordered from the farther away( 2.3 miles away) Papa Johns on Archer, which they neglected to tell me when I ordered it. They are extremely unconcerned with the customer. I'll never order Papa Johns again, from any store, especially this one, since 1.5 miles is out of...
