Yesterday, I went in to order and the girl at the counter was nice enough, but slow. She aknawleged us after a couple of minutes, but it took closet to 15min to get our order taken. The order came out in okay time, but our strawberry lemonades weren't with it and that took an additional 7ish minutes after I reminded her. It was busy, I get it, I let that go.
My daughter received the wrong sandwich but it was similar, so she opted to keep it and just eat it instead of making a fuss. We are our baconator fried and then I was excited to try their Cobb salad which looked amazing through the lid, but sadly when I opened it and put some into a smaller bowl (the lid) to eat it, I found black slime and browned lettuce all throughout it. After trying to pick it out unsuccessfully, I took it back to the counter and asked them to remake the salad with fresh lettuce. The girl at the counter took the salad and showed the manager, who apologized and asked another employee to "remake it without the black slimey lettuce." YES, He actually said that... with all of the attitude she could muster, she pulled another premade salad out of the fridge below the counter, opened it and seemed to check it/rearrange the lettuce. When she finished, they handed me my salad and apologized again.
At that point, I had finished the rest of my meal (which was good) and just wanted to get out of there so I took it to go. When I got home, I put it in the fridge for today.
Came home after work today, and my replacement salad is as bad as the last one! She just moved the slimey lettuce to the middle so that when I examined the bowl I wouldn't see it! No way will I ever order a salad from there again. I'm not a picky eater, I get that some things slip through the cracks on occasion... BUT SHE WAS LITTERALLY ASKED BY HER OWN MANAGER TO REMAKE THE DAMN SALAD WITHOUT THE SLIMY LETTUCE THIS...
Read moreMost disrespectful wendys employees ever, it looked like the kids had no supervision at all, was told that "we dont have taco salads" when i tried to order one and I know you do have them as I was staring right at the menu and it was written right there so I tried to order a vanilla frosty and they were out of that and ended up getting a chocolate frosty, while waiting in line for 15 minutes(and I was only behind one other person) the window opened behind me and some kid said "hey man, we stopped taking orders from people on bikes", first off, hey man, is not how to address a customer and second since when does wendys not take money from someone in a bike especially after I have already ordered, I just looked at this idiot and turned away waiting to get to the window to pay and get my order. While waiting I was looking in and only seen children being immature and not having any supervision apparent and running around looking feral and not paying attention to the lady infront of me or my order I finally got my frosty after waiting 18 minutes. Read moreI come to this location frequently and every time it is something new. At first it was dry, old chicken nuggets. Simply stopped ordering them. Then cold unsalted frys(however, no problem with that recently) tonight it was a old baked potato that looked like it was from this morning. To top off my meal tonight my Asiago grilled sandwich was made entirely wrong. No cheese, no bacon, no ranch sauce. They put honey mustard on it. Lady at the first window was extremely nice don’t recall here name (about 8pm) the lady at the second window sounded like she had an attitude when I asked for salt and pepper and sour cream for my baked potato. Her response “there’s one in there”. I work fast food and have been in management no way would I put someone like that in the window. Completely ruins the experience for the paying customer. Didn’t have the energy to drive back up there to have it remade. Only perks tonight was the lady in the first window, the sweet tea was actually good for once, and the line moved extremely fast considering...
