Wendy's — Restaurant in Gainesville

Actually NO STARS (had to do 1 to enter post). Wendy's corporate, shame on you for not reviewing/intervene with store#366 (3611 SW Archer Rd Gainesville, FL 32608). You bring shame to Dave Thomas's legacy and family. This store shows a review history of some serious, repetitive concerns not addressed. This store needs a complete dismissal and refresh of all staff. July 22nd about 2:45pm 2 of us arrived walking on VERY sticky floors to counter. Placed eat in orders 1 simple & 1 loaded (no chili) baked potatoes. Both potatoes were not fully cooked - friend made due and I returned mine because potato was 3/4 raw (could not cut with a knife). Counter girl CHALLENGED ME stating "LOOKS COOKED to me hard to say with all the butter/sour cream you put on it"!!!!!! Showed SV and then another SV before I was provided another not raw but UNDER COOKED potato but now I made due. How does a baked potato LOOKS COOKED???

The store floors were heavily sticky throughout, tables throughout were not/poorly cleaned you could easily see the nasty, trash on floors and NO maintenance even working the site. We were out of there in 30 min because we felt creepy so unclean on site. In the entryway there was orange soda all over, caution sign and no one attempting to clean up. Friend reported it was dangerous (we are over 65++) and she was told "not to worry it is ok we will get to it". We watched from our cars for 20 min more customers entering walking through soda and NO maintenance came to clean up!!!! 4 times customers turned around and left.

Store was not busting in fact; minimal customer flow. There was no excuse for the lack of maintenance when you counted the number of workers behind the counter. This was a shameful traumatic visit.

July 27 about 3:15pm I went again to check on this Wendy's......the place was filthy, entryway soda was cleaned up, floors and tables still dirty and sticky and no maintenance clean up going on so this time I left and won't return.

I love Wendy's because of the different variety but you will not find me or people I tell entering this Wendy's again. Shame on this store and again corporate not supporting Dave Thomas's legacy,...

Where do i start? As visitors To florida on a road trip back From New Orleans having To choose Of picking up a quick bite From either Mcdonalds or Wendys, is a no brainer (Wendyʻs) as wē always have Had awesome experiences back home In Hawaiʻi. There are 5 concerns that i wanted To Share that just happened all In ONE visit At this archer Wendyʻs.

1st concern- over heard loud And clear Of worker In the back ground over the intercom saying” Man Theyʻre still ordering”. ( 2 adults/ 5 kids) if no more nothing nice To say no say nothing at all.

2nd concern- workers had no mask. Think Of others And not only yourself.

3rd concern-fries were cold, unsalted And emptied into bag out Of frie holder. Make it the way you would want To eat it.

4th concern-cheese In burgers were not melted( still cold And looked like it was slapped In). How hard is it To put cheese In before warming it up.

5th concern- they forgot To give us Our pecan salad And Our receipt( didnt Find out till wē were back on the freeway). Stay focus while serving every customer And treat them as if theyʻre your FAMILY....

Be thankful And grateful that you have a J.O.B, take pride In what you do, treat others like you want To be treated, have a spirit Of excellence And if you dislike your Job then you have an option Of working Elsewhere. Disgusting. Will never go there again. Out of towners dropping my kids at college, decided to get wendys. Well it was disgusting. Ordered food, first of all, these workers handling the food without gloves, touching the fries and nuggets. The garbage was right there by the food. They gave us the nuggets it was burnt and look stale. I asked for fresh food. Going into 20 to 25 mins still waiting while I'm staring at them all standing in one place. I called over to the the workers to say I want a refund I cannot wait anymore, the the one guy said , oh you food ready. I think they made me wait on purpose because I wanted fresh food. MEANWHILE JUST NOTE, WHEN HE GIRL HANDED ME THE NUGGET I TOUCHED IT, AND HANDED HER ONE TO SHOW HER ITS BURNT. SHE TOOK ALL BACK, ALL FOUR AND I AM LOOKING AT SHE WALKS BACK TO THE FRYER AND PUT ALL THE NUGGETS FROM MY BAG BACK INTO THE OTHERS NASTY, NASTY NASTY. THOSE SHOULD HAVE BEEN THROWN AWAY. A FOOD INSPECTOR NEEDS TO GO THERE!!!! NOT HANDLING FOOD WITH GLOVES, PUTTING BACK THE FOOD TO GIVE TO OTHERS. OMFG!! THIS IS STORE #1920. Clean up the place!!!
