Placed a delivery order on 10/27. The delivery person left the wrong order (mistakes do happen). I contacted the domino's shop, was disconnected a couple of times, and was then told by a Carlos that it was being corrected, and the driver would bring out the correct order (again, all good). 356 minutes later, no delivery. I called and spoke with the manager, Antonio. He said that the pizza had just left, and would be there monentarily. I cautioned Antonio that if the order was cold, I would not accept it. The order arrived, and was room temprature. I refused the order, contacted Antonio, and was assured by him that my account would be credited. Two days later, no credit. I will never purchase from this domino's again.
Update I did call the dominos and was blown off. Went ahead and reversed the transaction with my bank. As of this evening, 12/10, I received a threatening letter from the franchise owner, accusing me of fraudelently placing orders for delivery at my home, and advising me to immediately cease and desist placing orders. He warns that if I do not stop placing orders (not a problem as I haven't placed any since they blew the last one) then he will "take all and/ or any appropriate legal courses of action ensure that this behavior has ceased. This includes but is not limited to all remedies available in law, including pressing criminal charges and seeking monetary damages."
I truly do not know what to make of this business owner, who threatens a customer with legal action when their branch is at fault. I think my next step will be a letter to the BBB. Their pretty good at getting to the bottom of this kind...
Read moreMy husband ordered a pizza, and the driver wouldn’t arrive. He parked his car somewhere 4 minutes away from our house and sat there for 1 hour. After waiting for a long time, we decided to call the store to ask for help. We got transferred to the store manager who poorly knows how to manage anything. He put us on hold and then disconnected the call. I tried calling back multiple times and got no answer. I then decided to call using a different phone number and he promptly answered the phone. After finding out it was me again, he hung up on me. After several attempts, I was able to speak with an employee who then said she couldn’t do anything for me. We were simply asking for our food to arrive or then to get our money back and she said “sorry, there is nothing I can do”.
Eventually the driver called us and he told us many different conflicting stories which did not make any sense. Our pizza finally arrived cold 2 hours later. For all the inconvenience we went through, the minimum we should have is our money back or a new pizza but we got nothing. This store has the worst customer service I have ever seen!
We will be making a big complaint about the manager’s unprofessional behavior to the central Domino’s. Hanging up and deliberately not picking up the call from a customer that is only looking for help is NOT okay! This guy...
Read moreBUYERS BEWARE THIS IS A POORLY RUN FRANCHISE LOCATION: It has extremely poor customer service, they price gauge when given the opportunity and the quality of the pizza is not up to par with other locations. Story: I ordered the large pizza 3 toppings carryout deal $11.99. I ordered one more topping (jalapenos) for a total of 4 toppings. All of a sudden the price became $17.46. Amazing right? I asked about it and the answer I got was that Tomato Sauce was considered a topping at that location (yes you read that correctly). $1.99 for the tomato sauce lol and another $1.99 for the jalapenos...I was stunned. Then the pizza comes out and it has a total of 7 thinly cut jalapenos. I then started looking around for Ashton Kutcher to see if I was being pranked.
ENTIRELY UNACCEPTABLE. I then proceed to ask for a refund and the manager got extremely upset and rude. I never once raised my voice but he didn't like the complaint? Lol. He then says to me, "Leave and never come back!" Wow. what an experience! I'll make sure to tell everyone I know about this particular location. To the Franchise owner: Good luck with your new customer acquisition strategy you seem to have alot of one star reviews as it is...smh. I'll be looking forward to seeing this locale go out of business in the...
