Since this is a 24 hour location, my family and went to grabs some drinks around 10 pm. While placing our order via drive-thru, the employee sounded very annoyed at every drink order I was trying to place. There were long pauses between orders. She spoke in a very rude tone with me. So I was just sitting there confused not sure if she could hear me. After pulling up to the window, my family and I instantly noticed the nasty attitude this employee had, the long sighs, continued eye rolls. She looked very upset to be there. We ordered 3 drinks, and when I finally received the last one. I realized it was wrong, drink was supposed to be iced not warmed. I instantly said wait this is wrong, and she quickly shut the window in my face and turned around. So then I continued to wait until She turned back around. When she did, she saw us and started to roll her eyes throwing her head back and forth, she opened the window and I said this is wrong it’s supposed to be iced. Handed her back the drink and she continued to roll her eyes at us taking deep breaths like I’ve wronged her in some way. I immediately asked for my wrong drink back because I was already so uncomfortable with her attitude and how rude she was being that I didn’t want her tampering or messing up my drink even more.
I go to Starbucks all the time, travel a lot and go to many different locations, never have I ever been treated so poorly at one. This was the only 24 hr location close to me at the time and entire experience sucked. I was with my kid and he noticed everything too.

Read moreI normally do not leave reviews, but this time it is much needed. Nowadays, it is very hard to find an overall good customer service experience. That was not the case today. Today I started off on the wrong foot and decided that I needed a cup of coffee and was worried because I typically don’t get what I ask for when I order food or there’s always an issue not at this location, but just in general so I was worried when I arrived that my drink was going to be made incorrectly. Upon entering the Starbucks, I was properly approached by a man named Bryan in which he had asked what I would like to order I had then explained to him that I had put in a mobile order and he got straight to work. Not only was he efficient but Brian got me to go back within five minutes of ordering my drink to get another one because the drink was so darn good. I didn’t even notice that I had drinking 80% of my drink before I looked down and noticed that the drink was gone before I knew it. My drink was very specific and met all of the requirements that I needed and never tasted so good. I had then decided it was best for me to just go back and get another drink. When I went back. Brian thing friendly greeted me again and I explained to him that I had never experienced such great customer service And my drink has never tasted so great And I needed another one! Read moreOrdered online due to having a trailer and the line being long, the site informed me that I could pick up my order walking into the building, so I walked up, read the sign which said you could wait there for your pick up order. Perfect! So, I waited. And waited.... No one helped or even acknowledged me as I stood outside in the cold wind. Finally, I walked back to my vehicle to wait a little more, went back online to reread pick up instructions, went back and waited with another customer who then was waving her phone to get their attention to which they responded by pointing for her to go wait in the drive through line. Finally I manage around the building with my trailer through the long line, make it to the window (an hour later), still wait a little and then get handed my cold sandwich (supposed to be hot, or at least warm), iced coffee's were melted and watered down, and when I asked the lady why the sign was still out if they were not bringing out the food anymore and why they didnt let me know when they saw me standing outside for so long. The girl proceeded to get rude and try to make excuses for their lack of better judgement and customer service skills, a polite apology would have sufficed, instead, the window was slammed shut and she stormed off. I asked for her name so I could properly confront and hopefully prevent this situation from being anyone else's experience, but was refused her name. I do not recommend...
